5 star views 1 star service Staff not bothered, spend more time on their phone at reception Asked reception for manager to contact me...never happened NO FOOD sold during the day... 1st hotel I have ever been too where this is the case Doesn't mention when we booked, doesn't mention on website doesn't mention on menu's. MADE UP RULES Dining area great views, one man cleaning tables. Tables left a mess. You walk in and no where to sit cleanly Overall, if the staff and leadership don't care. Why should we. We come to Tivat three times a year. Never again

A wonderful find. Boutique hotel, spotlessly clean and very welcoming to all guests. Everything is just right - delicious food; much better and a lot cheaper than in the harbour. Collected us from the airport, shuttles to town (10 mins). Staff amazing. Views are to die for and breakfast is included in the (very reasonable) price. Love it.

The pool area is lovely as is the roof top restaurant where breakfast is served, which was pretty good however our room was very small, especially the bathroom and towels were stained. The hotel doesn't offer transport to their advertised beach bar and were told the bar and facilities weren't operational. The gym/ fitness centre was also not operational which is why I booked this hotel. The view is beautiful but it is remote so be prepared for hefty taxi trips is you don't have a car. Also check your route prior as some taxi drivers will take you the long way or prefer to turn their meter off and request a flat rate which isn't in your favour.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel, which is located in a perfect spot in Tivat, offering mountain air and a stunning view of the sea. It’s only a 7-minute drive to the airport with a free shuttle service and 10 minutes to Kotor by car. The cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the restaurant was excellent, with fantastic live music on some evenings. The mountain and sea views were breathtaking. The pool was also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much!
