Please remember this text: This hotel is in a central location, which was convenient. The room and bed were okay, but the reception area felt unwelcoming and small. The room didn't have a minibar and the toiletries were only liquid soap. There was no regular tea or coffee, just green tea and a sugary instant coffee drink. When we asked for herbal tea and unsweetened coffee, they didn't provide it. The breakfast was very basic in the basement. The air conditioner blew directly on us, causing me to catch a cold. We couldn't control the air conditioner, and the view from the window faced another hotel's courtyard with trash bins, a car park, and a large electrical box. One of the receptionists was defensive and argumentative when we asked for coffee and herbal tea sachets and when we mentioned that the hotel didn't provide the service and facilities expected of a four-star hotel. As a result, we decided to move to another hotel the next day. Nearby are very nice four-star hotels which are true four-star hotels. The staff of the reception at Hof Hotel definitely needs customer service training.

I stayed two nights at the Hof hotel. Very comfortable room which was spotless. Great staff who were very friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. Exceeded expectations. Recommended. Hotel is centrally located in the city centre and easy to walk to local shops and restaurants.

Location 2 steps from Laisves pedestrian alley. All the facilities we needed (old town, Zalgiris arena, Akropolis shopping center) can be easily and quickly reached on foot. Free parking in the hotel yard. Cozy and very clean room.

The Hof Hotel is okay but seems overrated as a four star hotel (it's more like a 3 star at best). The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. You do have to step up to get into the shower, though, which my wife found difficult (and she slipped and got bruised). There are rooms without a balcony on the ground floor and there is an elevator to get to the other rooms, but to reach the breakfast room in the basement, you must go down a flight of stairs. The staff are courteous and efficient. The breakfast is also good. If you are not a cigarette smoker the terraces are more of a negative than a positive. The smoke from other guests comes into your room. Also one morning I was awakened early by the loud hacking coughs of a smoker on a neighboring terrace. The location of the hotel is right off of the main pedestrian street, which is great for walking and has many dining choices. At 2.5 Km. it's a bit far from the train station. The Town Hall Square is 1.7 km. as is the Castle.

Hotel with a good price. Location is goos as its in the city center but entry is bit confusing as its behind hotel Moxy, in the awkward cortyard and it’s hard to have parking spot in front of the hotel. Reception is also something and you don’t expect it for 4-star hotel. Though the receptionist was nice. There is no bar in that hotel as well. Hotel room was nice but bit outdated. Good that there is a bath in the bathroom. Rooms balconies are connected so no privacy there. Breakfast served in the cellar and it’s really basic. It’s was good enough for one night but for longer stay I would choose something else.

Our favourite hotel in Kaunas. Located right in the center of the town; wonderful staff, fantastic accommodation and a fabulous breakfast. Spacious and spotless clean rooms; large modern bathrooms; furnitured balconies.

Excellent quality value for money, very clean, excellent location, very good breakfast, exceptional friendly management. You can walk through the center, old town, reach by walking biggest arena in Lithuania ZAALGIRIS ( for sports events or concerts). Parking space.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Real nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Nice quiet location. Don't expect a view as surrounded by other hotels. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good. Would use again.

Отель находится в шаговом доступе от Лайсвес ал., удобное расположение в близи от магазинов, баров и ресторанов, в 10 мин. Жальгирё арена. К сожалению маленькая парковка 🅿️, кто успел тот и занял место 👌 Чистый номер, хороший/разнообразный завтрак, приветливый персонал.
