A relaxed evening at the Steigenberger Hotel is not only the result of exquisite cuisine, but also the result of excellent service. On my last visit, I was able to experience the warm care of Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova, who made the evening an unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Block, a friendly and attentive waiter. His smile radiated a warm atmosphere that immediately made you forget your everyday worries. He led us to our table and gave us a brief introduction to the special dishes that were available that evening. Mr. Block not only showed extensive knowledge of the food, but also a passion for his work that speaks for itself. Ms. Kosimova complemented the team with her charming manner and professionalism. She was always open to our wishes and was always ready to make recommendations. Her detailed knowledge of the wine selection and her ability to recommend the perfect accompanying drinks to the food were impressive. Her friendly manner and her always polite behavior rounded off the overall package and ensured that we always felt in good hands. The meal itself was a delight: from starters to dessert, every component was perfectly prepared and lovingly presented. Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova were always on hand to ensure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It was a remarkable balance between attentiveness and discretion that made the evening so enjoyable. At a time when poor service in the catering industry is often complained about, it is refreshing to see how Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova are a positive exception with their dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to the guest and their desire to make every moment unforgettable are a sign of the high quality of service that characterizes the Steigenberger. Overall, I can only say that my evening at the Steigenberger was a special experience thanks to the excellent work of Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova. Their commitment deserves recognition and shows how important excellent service is for a successful evening. I can only recommend anyone who wants to experience a first-class dinner to visit the Steigenberger and let these two service staff pamper them.

Great hotel - everything was perfect. Everything was very clean, delicious food, spacious wellness area. The rooms are well looked after, the reception is friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent. I would be happy to come back anytime.

This Steigenberger exudes the charm of former grand hotels without appearing outdated - except for the rooms, which are more outdated than magnificent. The outdoor pool is super nice and pleasantly warm with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. We ate on the terrace in glorious weather. Very pleasant atmosphere with friendly service. Food was good. The breakfast buffet could fulfill all wishes, with extremely friendly service staff. In addition, the hotel had set up a football lounge during the 2024 European Championships, which was also well attended - good idea!

The staff at reception are extremely unfriendly and arrogant. You can't expect any kind of goodwill here. Vouchers are not accepted or cannot be redeemed. We will certainly not spend another minute in this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Sonnenhof Bad Wörishofen. The food in the Petit Plaisir was delicious (thank you Ms. Thiel for the professional service) and the spacious spa area delighted body and soul. We would love to come back.

We spent our second New Year's Eve in the hotel and were disappointed this time! The rooms are still very good, but! It starts with parking, you pay for the underground car park and there are no spaces available, then an odyssey begins until you find a parking space, that is not OK. In the swimming pool, sunbeds are already taken in the morning even though no one has been lying on them for most of the day, there is no supervision. The food, it was simply not good, substandard for a 5 star hotel, on New Year's Eve the dessert buffet was announced that consisted of Berliners, no corn in the salad, I can't list everything. On New Year's Eve, the dining room was still empty, I asked a waiter if he could take a photo of my sweetheart and me, the comment "He doesn't have time now, but later". Something like that has never happened to me before, the young man had clearly missed his calling. I would like to add that otherwise we were served very well. I could say a lot more, including about the gentleman who was in charge there, but I won't, because if you have a position like that you should be a bit more diligent. Unfortunately the last time we were there was on New Year's Eve.
