I had a booking for this hotel next month, but needed to move my holiday because I'm unable to travel due to ill health. It was a non refundable booking so I very politely emailed to ask if there was anything they could do to move the booking back 4 months. I received a very unfriendly reply to say no. I replied, explaining further, and telling him that if he could be flexible I would be needing 3 more nights accommodation on my return journey. I did add that the other hotels I had booked with had been more flexible as I imagine they are keen to replace lost business after the pandemic. His reply was unbelievably rude. He even said I was 'turning my rage' on him - so very far from the truth. Needless to say I will be losing my money and booking elsewhere. If that is how a customer is treated on email I can't imagine how bad the service is in the hotel :-(

Minimalistisch hotel. Hotelkamer met kort bed, er staan twee stoelen en thats it. Toilet is een nisje op de kleine badkamer. Wasbakje waar je niet eens fatsoenlijk je handen kunt wassen. Losliggende vloertegels, smoezelige gordijnen, beddengoed en handdoeken. Op donderdagavond was er in het onderliggend café live muziek dat doorging tot 1:30 uur. Daarna ging het wat zachter maar nog steeds hoorbaar. Het café is het hoofddoel en de kamers zijn een mooie aanvulling op hun inkomen. Met hotelgasten wordt nl geen rekening gehouden. Geen aanrader!!

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in dit hotel. De kamers zijn verre van netjes, vloertegels liggen los, er zaten vlekken op het beddengoed en op de muren. Er ontbreekt een tv (maar dat wisten wij). Ik wij als uiterst storend ervaarde is de ongelooflijke herrie vanuit het café onder het hotel. De muziek stond verschrikkelijk hard en door de bassen dreunde wij uit bed, en dat op een donderdagavond. Dat men niets aan de klachten doet, blijkt wel uit het feit dat dit soort klachten al ruim 8 jaar worden vermeld. Hadden wij deze maar eerder gelezen. Helaas.

Vreselijk. Niet geslapen vanwege de extreme harde muziek tot 3 uur in de nacht. Luidruchtige hotelgasten. Ruziënd op de gang ‘s nachts en op de deur kloppen. En dat voor €119,- per nacht. Belachelijk.

4 kamers geboekt terwijl we op 2 hadden kunnen liggen qua hoeveelheid bedden. Slechte communicatie en telefonisch slecht bereikbaar. Terugbellen doen ze niet aan. De kamers zijn zeer gehorig tot over 4 uur in de nacht lallende mensen op het terras zitten en vuurwerk. Oordoppen kunnen hier niet tegenop. Smalle trappen naar boven en gehorige kamers onderling. Veel gestamp. Zijn slaaphokken voor uitgaande mensen. De ene ster is voor het ontbijt dat was top als ik de mededeling voor een extra koffie die betaald moest worden negeer.

Wat een simpele kamer 6 bedden 1 stoel, douche erg klein en fonteintje als wasbak vond alles smoezelig ook hoe je naar de kamers moest langs de keuken en opslag . Nee , veel betaald voor 5 personen 210,00 voor 1 nacht zonder ontbijt . En veel overlast door mensen voor het hotel midden in de nacht .
