I was going skiing with my children, so I had no choice but to stay here because there were no other accommodations. As many other reviews have said, the situation has not improved at all. First, I didn't know where the parking lot was, so I called but no one answered. I had no choice but to park in the parking lot in front, and called several times from the entrance with other guests, and finally, an old lady came out in a bad mood, making excuses that it's difficult because she's working alone. I was already feeling uneasy at this point. As expected, we were led to the room through a dark and cold hallway, and my husband was in a separate room because it was too small for our family of four. I was shocked and asked them to let us stay together, and they told me to make my own futon. Furthermore, there was no information about what time or where dinner was served. There was only a Japanese-style shared toilet, and I was afraid of taking a bath. There were even fewer dishes for children at dinner, but there was no discount. They forgot to give me water when I asked for it. The rice was cold and not very tasty. The side dishes were like pre-made food from a supermarket. The hallway was so cold and dark that my child couldn't go to the toilet by himself. The futon was small, and even though I'm 164cm tall, my feet would stick out, so I had to curl up to sleep. I couldn't sleep well because I was worried about security from other guests because of the sliding door partition. On top of that, there was a dog wandering around the house. With such terrible content, they try to brush it off by saying it's because I'm elderly and it's a cultural heritage, but it's just an excuse. If they're going to charge a lot of money, they should do a good job. 48,000 yen for a family of four is too much. I never want to go there again, and I hope everyone doesn't go either.
