This hotel is just perfect in every single way. Great location an views, amazing food, great service, affordable bar, nice SPA facilities. Our family suit was superb. We’ve had a great ski holiday and will definitely consider coming back here

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel’s modern (renovated) and very big. Our room was very large, clean and it had everything it should have. Pool area is also clean, water temperature was great. Restaurant is also huge. Breakfast is amazing. Dinner is unusual but delicious. You get 3 meal options on a menu and can get that or anything else from the buffet. Lunch is a complete disaster. There’s just a few options to choose from, and 1 or 2 were edible. The staff is always helpful and kind (especially the cleaning lady). Location of the hotel is great and there’s a bunch of family activites and kids programs.

We spent 1 week in this hotel before Christmas. The room was clean and neat. There was a big garderobe as well where we had space to unpack. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. The food is good as well. Its location is very good as the hotel is next to the ski slopes. We recommend this hotel.

I can say shortly, everything is perfect in this hotel. I suggest this hotel to people who have children. Thanks to Bernhard Kandera in sauna for excellent therapy. He is funny guy. Swimming pool, kids club, bar, outside, inside, meals and breakfast perfect.

Went here for a couple of nights for a weekend skiing. The hotel looks beautiful and it has some nice views depending on your room. Breakfast was freat with a lot of variety and dinner was also very very good. Car garage was goid, we even managed to charge the car although for a fee. Service at the food area and bar was excellent, but service at reception varied, from excellent to poor depending on the staff. The room cleaning happened super late snd was so so. Rook itself was great. Sauna and pool are also good as well as ski depot.

Da 17 anni siamo spesso ospiti della catena Falkensteiner. In questo hotel abbiamo soggiornato circa 13 anni fa e abbiamo voluto ripetere l'esperienza con entrambi i nostri figli. Purtroppo rispetto ad altre vacanze, abbiamo trovato qualche aspetto negativo. Innanzitutto la varietà del buffet, rimasto praticamente invariato per tutta la settimana, sia a colazione che a cena. Ricordavamo una buona varietà di passeggiate, spiegate bene il giorno precedente e in genere due varianti, una semplice e una più complessa; questa volta solo una possibile passeggiata, sempre troppo facile e senza spiegazioni in bacheca. Ci piaceva molto anche il cartonato in lingua italiana o in lingua inglese sul tavolo della colazione, per essere aggiornati sulle attività del giorno, ma purtroppo era solo in lingua tedesca. Un unico intrattenimento serale, mentre ricordavamo almeno 3 serate con attività diverse. Apprezzavamo molto il cocktail del giorno scontato e il voucher per il trattamento in Spa, ma nulla. Inoltre non eravamo stati informati delle mance, 10 euro al giorno accreditate automaticamente nel saldo. Altri ospiti avevano ricevuto una mail preventiva. La vacanza è stata comunque molto positiva ma le cose che ho elencato spero possano essere degli spunti per migliorare.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel am Katschberg war einfach fantastisch! Das Essen war erstklassig, und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass die Überraschung zum Geburtstag perfekt gelungen ist – das Hotel hat wirklich maßgeblich dazu beigetragen. Das Zimmer war top, und die Torte als Überraschung war das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ho soggiornato all‘Hotel Cristallo della catena Falkensteiner: semplicemente eccellente. Alla reception Anna-Maria e Tara hanno eseguito l‘accoglienza in maniera calorosa e efficiente, ho soggiornato nel corpo centrale molto ben collegato ai numerosi servizi offerti dalla struttura. Punto di forza sono sicuramente le diverse aree gioco per i più piccoli e la cucina inpeccabile. I piatti sono deliziosi, con abbinamenti semplici e molto curati per viziare ogni palato. Lo chef ha molta creatività e Ivica coordina la sua area in maniera organizzata e precisa. La SPA è ben organizzata con diverse saune e un bagno turco. Diverse cabine da massaggi con terapisti molto competenti e dalla rinomata esperineza. Ivan il Resident Manager indossa sempre un gran sorriso e risolve le difficoltà con grande prontezza e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente nella struttura e ci complimentiamo con tutto il personale e la dirigenza per l’ottimo lavoro svolto.
