Great location, food and service. Special thanks to Ajay Singh. The location is a quick walk to bus stand, maim market and mata vaishno devi registration office. The food is brilliant (no onion/ garlic). Highly recommend the dal punjabi and paneer makhani Service from the staff is superb and Ajay Singh was proactively helpful

I stayed at an IHCL hotel in May and, while the property itself was decent, several issues made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the condition of the hotel was not up to the mark, with noticeable maintenance problems in my room. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of IHCL hotels. Moreover, the staff's attitude was not welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience. One of the hallmarks of IHCL hotels should be their friendly and accommodating service, but this was sorely lacking. For instance, when I requested additional water bottles, I was directed to fill my own bottles from a cooler in the corridor. This response felt quite cheap and unprofessional, particularly for a hotel under the IHCL brand. I expected better customer service and a more guest-centric approach. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel. There are plenty of other options where you might have a more pleasant and comfortable experience. The combination of poor maintenance and indifferent staff made my stay less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. It is unfortunate that a hotel under such a prestigious brand failed to meet basic expectations.

Our visit to Maa Vaishno Devi shrine was blessed in more than one ways. We found Hotel Rama Trident to be one the best hotels in terms of cozy, convenient and pleasurable stay. The front desk manager Miss Jyoti was exceptionally cordial, co-operative and generous. She made our stay at the hotel feel like home. She took care of all our special requests be it smooth check in , early check out . Especially since my wife and me travelled all the way from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Vaishno Devi solo on a motorcycle , the comfort provided by the hotel management , staff , especially Miss Jyoti and General Manager Mr Dhar. We called to book the hotel late evening from Ludhiana and he provided us the best possible guidance and help. He managed a smooth taxi drop off at Ban Ganga and the driver Makhanji was extremely helpful and resourceful .He also arranged ponies for us for the pilgrimage and it was such great help. People like Miss Jyoti and Mr. Dhar make the hotel industry proud and the world a much better place . The food, the services, the staff the care and the overall experience or Hotel Rama Trident made us feel elated . There is no doubt that this place will always remain one of our best hotel stay experiences as being frequent travellers and riders we encounter a d lot of hotels across India. A must visit hotel if you want to have a memorable and wonderful experience in Katra. Thanks you Miss Jyoti and Mr. Dhar.You will always remain etched in our memories . Cheers. !!!

The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.
