"Amazing staff is so approachable 🤌🏻 humble and kind the night shift guy on 29sep hi literally put his all effort to make us comfortable we checkout 1pm noon they didn’t say anything we informed then we are tired please let us stay for a while extra i not sure how they serve during peak but this was my ultimate stay with them the hotel name has been changes to double check when you booked yes free drop off pick up today we has pick up at bann ganga im not sure who’s duty was there by the time but he doesn’t get much help for us just say take auto come the driver is not around except the night guy came back morning he booked a auto for us to go he pay himself thanq so much for you kindness bro 100 rupees is doesn’t matter but he handle the situation smartly thanks once again to

"I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite."

"Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question."

"Hotel The Vaishvik is a nice hotel. Located at a prime location in Katra and all famous food shops are nearby like Kanhaiyaji kulche wala, Jagan sweets etc. Hotel has 2 entry one from main market another from Banganga road.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Staff at reception are always helpful and polite. Always ready to guide.
Ample Car parking facility is available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and The Vaishvik and it will be our goto place anytime we visit Katra in near future."

GGuest UserThe location is in between railay station and katra bus stand (200 meter from the main road; accessible through auto. The food was above average, timely delivery and quality was also decent. One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The staff was polite and branded appliances are installed; though tv cable operator issue may interrupt the services.

GGuest UserThe room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.
