We stayed here for two days n our experience was good. All saff of hotel were very cooperative n take care of our needs. There is a restaurant in the hotel premises where one can enjoy their breakfast, lunch n dinner.

Cockroach was there no shempoo ac plug was faulty staff service very average handwash wesin pipe chocked, fen too-much sound overall we are not happy

Best hotel near katra railway station. Min 200 mtr distance.. staff behaviour very very good...Food quality very testy in resanable price...awoseme my two night stay in...this hotel..msgs for someone will stay in katra..Jai mai vaisno devi.🙏

room light gone, No charger and electric points running. Room service very bad, Towel not cleaned. Hotel is far away from Main Katra chowk and extra charged for Pick and drop for barganga

poor service as they took so much time to serve in room . even tovel was not put at room. when it was asked for they took 20 mints to serve the same . hot water was not given for drinking not ac blower in the room .
