Hotel is at walking distance from the Railway Station. Had a pleasant stay, rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff is proactive, helpful, and courteous. They even offered us drop facilities. Their restuarant 'Citrus' has a variety of vegetarian dishes which taste delicious especially their Nadru Yakhni. Special thanks to Mr Angraz ji for serving us with heart and passion.

I am blessed to have visited Mata ka darbaar around 10 times in my life. This time we stayed at Lemontree. Earlier I was kind of reluctant but this hotel as my wife recently got some minor bone bruise in the knee and I was worried if I could continue with the Darshan or not. But with our stay this property ticked all the major points which I wanted. Our stay was for 2 full day and 3rd (day use room). They gave us early checkin around 8 am for both the rooms. Staff provided ice cubes whenever requested (4-5 times in a day) for knee massage. It was such a relief and helped my wife for her daily recovery. Breakfast had limited options but it was sufficient for us (upside - No onion and garlic). Food at citrus is good. Night time milk for my 2 year old son was complimentary. They also have drop facility for Banganga/ Helipad/ Main Bazaar which is a plus as the autos are very limited near katra railway station. They helped us in cutting coconut so that we can carry that in our flight. Just few steps from the property you get the proper divine valley view of the Trikuta mountain. We requested multiple times for many things. The staff might have got irritated but they never said anything and honoured our all requests. Thanks.

We stayed in Lemon tree hotel which is real Lemon because I like the ambience and staff sanjeev to corporate and attentive for all guest. To visit vaishno devi temple hotel will arrange pick and drop hotel also. They nicely packed our food while we are going to vashno devi dershan. Need to visit
