Sarika at front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Thankyou for accommodating our early checkin and late departure request. Everything was amazing from start to end. Room was specious and very clean, breakfast was also very nice.

Lemon Tree Hotels in Katra is close to a 5star property at the price of a 3 star. The General Manager of the Hotel Mr Durga Khadaka leads a very efficient and courteous team from all concerned departments who go all out to please the guests in all possible ways . Rooms with great views of Trikuta mountains that house the famed Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine provided with comfortable beds and all needed amenities , and varied vegetarian menu at the buffet breakfast in Citrus restaurant serving delicious food to kick off the day with a happy frame of mind . As a frequent flyer with over 50 years of travel and dining experience worldwide , I have no hesitation in recommending visitors stay at this strategically located property . I am blessed to have visited Mata ka darbaar around 10 times in my life. This time we stayed at Lemontree. Earlier I was kind of reluctant but this hotel as my wife recently got some minor bone bruise in the knee and I was worried if I could continue with the Darshan or not. But with our stay this property ticked all the major points which I wanted. Our stay was for 2 full day and 3rd (day use room). They gave us early checkin around 8 am for both the rooms. Staff provided ice cubes whenever requested (4-5 times in a day) for knee massage. It was such a relief and helped my wife for her daily recovery. Breakfast had limited options but it was sufficient for us (upside - No onion and garlic). Food at citrus is good. Night time milk for my 2 year old son was complimentary. They also have drop facility for Banganga/ Helipad/ Main Bazaar which is a plus as the autos are very limited near katra railway station. They helped us in cutting coconut so that we can carry that in our flight. Just few steps from the property you get the proper divine valley view of the Trikuta mountain. We requested multiple times for many things. The staff might have got irritated but they never said anything and honoured our all requests. Thanks.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth . Everytime where you visit this property you are welcomed by warm smiles of the staff makes you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast & specially dosa’s are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I would like to express my gratitude to mr. mukesh sharma, mr. Sunil sharma, sarika,Mohd Rayazak, All front office team and house keeping team for taking care during my stay. Apart from them i would like to appreciate efforts of the person (Not able to remember the name) he was from house, he came in the morning for the service. I think the name was Hameed Mr ravi from travel desk, he shown his great hospitality, dropped me at market and also arranged a cab for to reach somewhere, big thanks to him, he is a asset for the hotel, I cannot forget all the favours and support all have given to make my trip a memorable received Excellent Service. This is one of my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

The services of hotels are good. Room services are great .rooms are clean. Food is delicious and hygienic All staff of lemontree are very humble and well behaved specially Rahul. He is intelligent and sincere towards his work.he is very hard working.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The services were really good and the staff was really cooperative. Breakfast was also tasty. Special thanks to Mukesh ji, Rahul ji, Sanjeet ji Kushal ji Ravi ji, Shabir ji and all the other staff members who made our trip comfortable. I would definitely like to recommend this hotel to everyone.
