IRCTC guest house was right next to Katra Railway Station. Receptionist was polite and gave us a Delux Room without delay. Room had dirty bedsheets, we got it changed. Almira, dressing table and water jug were not clean and not maintained. The Room was away from any camera so, it was a blind spot. Walls were not clean, they had spots and dirt. Sofa was dirty. No dental kit was provided. Towels had ink spots. Restaurant. Though breakfast was included but the menu was highly limited. Our mobile got lifted behind our back when we were on Mata Veshno Yatra and nobody did anything. Even cameras were not covering the entrance of our room.

Blankets were very dirty. Even replacement were also dirty. Seepage was there on walls. Room heater was not working.

At katra in room of 6 bed the toilet is shown inside of room but it was common toilet used by other public also . this was horrible. 2. Cancellation time shall be given at 12 hrs adv only with full refund as due to late running trains nothing is predicted.
