Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

Very nice hotel. Visit here very often. Ok ne of the first 5 stars in the valley staff is always very friendly. Specially with there car service to and from tarakot trek to Vaishno Devi

It was an amazing experience at the white. Ms. Palak has assisted us in the best way possible. The stay was super smooth. Food was excellent. Drivers were quiet professionals. The ambience and view from the room had made our weekend outstanding.
