Hotel location: good food: in between ok and good cleanliness: not upto the mark, there are spit sign on room walls. Bedding are not stinking but looking not fresh. Hygiene: washroom need to be maintained properly. My wife had spotted some germs/ insects near comod. Overall experience is ok, but there is strong need to look on cleanliness and hygiene.

Rooms were good, clean, washroom were not so good, especially to mention the geyser was have electric leakage, we felt the shock, no dangerous but yes it was, food was okay. Staff was good

Horrible experience as number of cockroaches in room were more than total guests in hotel. Pathetic ambiance and no room service rest send someone from make my trip to see the kind of hotel you have onboarded. If possible refund my hard earned money

Property all rooms are pathetic and full of bed bugs. Hotel staff is arrogant.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

Hotel was pathetic, smelly, tidy, and bathroom was also smelly, full of insects and unable to provide me the same room which was booked by me. I have talk to customer care about the same issues happen to me and they even don’t provide me the solution
