Katra Hotels with Breakfast

I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

I stayed at an IHCL hotel in May and, while the property itself was decent, several issues made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the condition of the hotel was not up to the mark, with noticeable maintenance problems in my room. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of IHCL hotels. Moreover, the staff's attitude was not welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience. One of the hallmarks of IHCL hotels should be their friendly and accommodating service, but this was sorely lacking. For instance, when I requested additional water bottles, I was directed to fill my own bottles from a cooler in the corridor. This response felt quite cheap and unprofessional, particularly for a hotel under the IHCL brand. I expected better customer service and a more guest-centric approach. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel. There are plenty of other options where you might have a more pleasant and comfortable experience. The combination of poor maintenance and indifferent staff made my stay less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. It is unfortunate that a hotel under such a prestigious brand failed to meet basic expectations.

I recently stayed at Rama Trident and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Rama, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite satisfying. Overall, I would recommend Rama Trident for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotel service was very good, staff was friendly,. We got the mountain view room and roome conditions was awesome with very friendly staff. Food is also good, less spicy.
