"Very happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here"

"The hotel is in the best location, in the city center next to the main bus and train station. Exploring the best parts of the city is very easy on foot. Everything is close by . . . Silesian Center, Nostr, Spodec, Christ the king cathedral. By bus Nikiszowiec is 25 minutes and by intercity train Krakow is one hour. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious."

We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic"

Ctrip has no breakfast choice, but the hotel can directly increase breakfast. You can pay by credit card.
The hotel lobby is divided into several different areas. There is a large breakfast room, which becomes a small bar at night, which is very lively. The other area is quieter and similar to reading a book inside.
Going out is the pedestrian street. It is said that summer is very lively.
There is a beautiful church at the end of the road."

GGuest UserWe were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

CChristianSkasGute Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber direkt an der Haltestelle vom Airport-Bus. Design und Technik des Hotels nicht wirklich aktuell, jedoch optimal gepflegt. Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Kalte und warme Speisen. Sogar Torte und frische Waffeln. Sauna und Gym Tag und Nacht kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, jedoch mit farblichen Akzenten. Breites Doppelbett, getrennte Bettdecken. TV klein und schon älter. Wasserkocher, Tee/Wasser und sogar ein DVD-Spieler im Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

GGuest UserI really liked this hotel very much! Excellent service, chic clean room with a large bedroom and a very large bathroom with perfect bathroom cleanliness, towels, bathrobes! The bedding is perfect! There is a kettle, coffee and tea included in the price of the room, but a full bar is of course for an additional fee ... a gorgeous view from the window! And in general, who wants to relax comfortably, beautifully and elegantly at the lowest price (the price for a room is very pleasant) - I highly recommend this Park Hotel Diament in Katowice! You won't regret it and you'll be happy! Unfortunately, we did not have time to try breakfast, because there was a very early flight ... Although I really wanted to! The restaurant in the hotel is on the top floor and from there you have an even better view (I just went there to see their restaurant)..

Sleep quality in the double bed is okay. But only one thin pillow per person. Smart TV, kettle with tea/coffee. But no free drinking water and no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast available for an additional charge.

GGuest UserLovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English.
Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys.
We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started.
The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.
