Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also excellent.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna, which are not part of the hotel, are only recommended to a limited extent. Opening times are only from late afternoon from 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and the whirlpool was out of order. Also, only one sauna was in operation and the relaxation area only had one lounge chair, or the second one was broken.
The location is also very central. A large shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is 100m away. The city center is a 15-minute leisurely stroll away.

When reading an opinion about the hotel, you may wonder whether it is a good choice. Nevertheless, I was happy with the place. The room was medium-sized, clean with a comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, and air conditioning at our disposal. The hotel has a wellness center for an additional fee, but unfortunately only one sauna and a swimming pool were open. The jacuzzi and three other saunas were excluded from use. The breakfast is varied and everyone will find something for themselves. The hotel is located nearby. the A4 motorway and the shopping center, Trzy Stawy, away from the center of Katowice

Dilapidated, depressing old building, judging by the plumbing and having to listen to people above urinate and then predictably flush the toilet, this probably used to be a students dorm. Disproportionately high price for what you get. I was fooled by the pictures of the pool and spa and the area.

The room equipment was simple and old. The price of the accommodation was disproportionately high for the quality. breakfast was included in the price and was sufficient. the hotel is far from the center, we used a taxi to get there. in the past I stayed in the center in a better hotel for less money...

Hotel is far from Katowice centrum ,closest bus station is 10-15 min walk ,there is nothing special around the place only gas station , rooms were not clean and we suffered from itching all time of the stay . swimming pool is not free and you pay have to get voucher for swimming . In summery :price is not worth it and it's way better to add a little more money and take a good hotel in the city center . this was a horrible experience and we don't recommend any of you to visit .

The hotel was warm, comfortable and had everything we need. The highlight was the food, we had dinner the night we arrived and it was really good, and if you book, pay for breakfast, it was really excellent. In the room a few bits of maintenance but nothing that would put us off

Terrible impression after visiting the hotel. It all started with a long check-in. Then problems with the audibility of the room. Before the trip, my daughter dyed her hair with tonic at home. At the hotel, she washed her hair and dried it not with a large bath towel, but with a small towel from the room. The towel turned light pink. The hotel billed us 50 zlotys for dirtying the towel. At home, all the things that were in the tonic were washed at a temperature of 30°. Not even a trace remained. I don’t understand what the problem is. The child is upset, we are shocked by the service. We don’t want to visit this hotel again!
