Είναι ένας πολύ ήσυχος και καθαρός χώρος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και χαρούμενος άνθρωπος. Τα δωμάτια ήταν αρκετά μεγάλα. Διαθέτει δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης. Ενα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα έιναι ότι δίπλα στο κτίριο υπάρχει παιδική χαρά για τις οικογένεις με παιδιά.
