This was our first trip to an IKOS resort, we don't usually opt for full inclusive but after a recommendation we decided to take the plunge. From the minute we arrived to the minute we begrudgingly left all our needs were attentively met. The ambience is so calming and all areas are designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. We opted for the standard room overlooking the pool with a good sized balcony. Each restaurant we visited gives another culinary delight and we enjoyed the a la carte dining each night. The food was exceptional and we spent time each day examining the menus for that evening to decide what we'd choose. For favourite restaurants we were able to visit at lunch to experience more delight. The staff were without doubt what makes IKOS, the village pool staff Zoe, Agostina, Lorenzo and Maria made our holiday. Nothing was too much and they interacted with my daughter so she looked forward to seeing them everyday. We were so impressed with the IKOS way we booked our next visit after 3 days. Can't wait to visit all the resorts, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you are made to feel like royalty this is the place for you!!

Special place Food was exceptional; the buffet was stocked but not done on mass. With a little bit of experience, we learned that the breakfast buffet at the Italian restaurant was much better. Plus the view, the sound and the settings were much more idyllic. Rooms were spacious enough for our family of four. The beds were comfortable enough. Slightly on the hotel was some “unfinished” ventilation in the rooms and the bathrooms around the place. However, that’s just being picky for the sake of being picky. Drinks. I have had better cocktails in other holidays. The use of Monin syrups rather than actual juices or concentrates made for synthetic drinks with weren’t pleasant on the palate. Furthermore, as it was the end of the peak season, half of the wine list was a miss. Which was slightly disappointing but there was still a generous offering. Highly recommend the Private Cellars options. Cleanliness. Not a gripe about how clean the resort was. From the moment we arrived to the sad day we left; there was hardly a time we remember bemoaning about the untidiness of the place. Facilities. The complimentary Tesla to drive around the island, the sports and kids clubs, the entertainment. All first class. Spent time in the gym and you would happily pay a monthly subscription because it was well set-out and had enough equipment for everyone; and importantly every type of workout. I loved the CrossFit area.

This holiday was our fourth Ikos holiday. Two at Aria and now two at Odisia. Without any doubt this hotel chain prides itself in providing excellence in everything it offers to guests and this year was no different. Whilst we loved our beautiful room it is the interaction with all the members of staff that marks this hotel as really very special and it makes you feel valued, relaxed and pampered. Nothing is too much trouble. This high bar of expectation is set by Anastasia as Customer relations manager and the following members of staff also merit recognition for the friendly, efficient and smiling service they provided :- Angela, Christo, Niki, Augustina, Maria, Lorenco, Alexandris (sommelier) Theodora and Giorges. In addition, we must recognise the wonderful food we enjoyed in all the restaurants both at breakfast and lunch in Flavours but more especially at our evening meals. We are about to book Odisia for next October and we fully recommend this hotel (and others in the group) as you will enjoy a 5 star plus holiday.

I love this place! Ikos odisia is set in a beautiful setting and is my favourite ikos resort (previously visited Aria and Oceania). Resort - it’s a good size but easy to walk around. I took my 73 year old mother who had no trouble with the size of it and quite enjoyed the walk between different areas. The first time I stayed it was in a promo garden room which are at the top of the site near the theatre. We had great views and could just see the sea. The most recent visit was in a deluxe ground floor room. To be honest I think we had better views from the promo room! The beach is lovely and the sea shallow. We took the pedalo out which was great fun. The sunset cruise is definitely worth booking on - we had a lovely time. I’d also recommend getting the free bus into Corfu town. Restaurants- the views from Elia and Olivia are stunning! We loved ouzo for breakfast, fresh omelettes but also a buffet. Fresco was also very good but struggled with service, I think we just hit a busy time as didn’t have the same issues at lunch or dinner. As deluxe we had dinner on the beach which was great, but the bean bag chair was rather low for my mum! Sea grill was our lunch time go to, set on the beach and very tasty food! Theatre - the shows are so good! Sadly not many people seemed to go? Drinks service was a bit slow but they were very friendly. I would suggest that the entertainment team stop with the posing for photos as it’s very awkward and only kids go up. Spa - we made the most of the spa on a rainy day. Beautiful indoor pool, great sauna and steam room. The massages included with deluxe were incredible! Tips - use the concierge service. Let them know when you are at dinner so that turn down can be done. If you have issues, instead of moaning to other guests or posting on Facebook, let management or concierge know and they will sort. We had the odd issue but the way the team handled it was fantastic and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks to the following staff: Georgia - Elia, always friendly and welcoming! Petroula - fresco, friendly service Thalia - fresco - assistant manager, thank you for tracking us down and resolving our issue Theano - fresco , friendly service Alexandra - seating sea grill, witnessed her dealing with some very entitled guests in a professional way Katerina - sea grill, friendly service Vasilis - deluxe concierge checking out - see you next year! Maria - ouzo, always welcoming at breakfast, did an incredible job managing the evening when it was raining heavily Anastasia - thank you for ensuring our second trip to Odisia was incredible. Already booked for next year!

As always we had an outstanding time @ Ikos resorts. My daughter and I been coming since she was six and never been and try any other all inclusive holidays. Ikos Odisia is our 5th time and as usual we are lovin’ the experience every time Our stay this year made so wonderful by amazing Marketa from the deluxe concierge. She never failed to ensure we feel at home! Thank you girl! Everything and everyone is awesome! We are looking forward to our next Ikos adventure.

This is our second trip to ikos Odisia and we were greeted by Thanos and Achilles like family on arrival. They went the extra mile throughout the holiday and have given us some amazing memories. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality. The resort looked more stunning this year with all the trees and flowers more established. We really like the new pier by the Seagrill where we saw so many fish in the crystal clear water. The kids loved jumping off this. We had fun at the watersports area enjoying the pedalos and donuts. We would love pedalos with slides next year please! The food has gone up a notch too with none of us being able to settle on our favourite restaurant. The service and staff across all of them were excellent. The view from Elia is breathtaking and the new Azul restaurant with its own cocktail bar and cocktail list a real hit. A top tip for dinner on the beach is to push the back of the beanbag chair down to make a stool then put a cushion on the top! This way you can see over the table. This year's shows in the theatre were fantastic and truly professional. We really liked the Michael Jackson show with its creative choreography. Vassilis took great care of us most nights and we loved the espresso martinis. Housekeeping, the room, the water temperature the gym and spa all impeccable. I can highly recommend the 'All about eyes' treatment which includes the Anne Semonin ice cube. But...a few basics were missing which was so disappointing. My favourite drink at ikos resorts is the Tattinger rose and there was not a single bottle available across the resort in the 8 days we were there. The alternative was a Prince Laurent which I can only assume was a commercial decision taken as it was simply ok. Surely an equivalent would have been something well known like Laurent Perrier rose. Later in the stay, no sparkling rose was available at all by the deluxe pool and the only remaining option a very sweet sparkling wine. The deluxe add on carries a premium cost and i don't think it is unreasonable to want to have a high quality champagne option even if it is at the end of the season. Even after remarking on this several times throughout the stay, nothing was done about this. We travelled with another family and had requested similar rooms close together like we had the previous year. Yet they were allocated a room at the other side of the resort to us. We were not warned about this at check in and therefore nothing could be done once dropped off at out rooms...kids desperate to go to the pool. Lastly, during the 3 other visits to ikos, the Deluxe bar manager tends to be the personality who makes the holiday that extra bit special. We were lucky that Chryssa and Christina were excellent around by the pool to make up for this, providing the personal service that ikos is known for. But at times they were stretched as there simply were not enough staff to guests as per the normal high standards I have experienced at the delu

Last day at this amazing resort and do not want to go back home tomorrow. After a 10 days break in July and although we booked for June 2025, we have managed to come with kids for a small break. Amazing Anastasia greeted us and assists again with everything! There are no words to describe how she and her team make us feel. Even the WhatsApp Team remembers us! This time there are celebrations at the hotel for the Halloween and kids had the most amazing time ever. We are so sad leaving, but we are looking forward to return in June!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Ikos Odisia. The welcome, room, ambience, music/entertainment and most importantly service was spot on, exceeded expectations. This is our fourth Ikos (Dassia, Olivia and Andalucia are the other three) and this one was the best experience for us. the resort is spaced out, has access to a really nice private beach with quite a few free watersport options, multiple pools which never felt crowded, bikes available to use through the day, great music at the bars, and brilliant entertainment. All in all, it was amazing.
