We spent 7 days at hotel St. Constatin. That was a great experience - delicious food, helpful and kind staff, clean rooms. The barmans was really great, they knows how to treat a guests. We really enjoyed our time spent in this place. We recommend.

We have just got back from our great holiday at St constantin, this was the 3rd time we have stayed there, we love it! Staff made us feel very welcome and are friendly and helpful! The entertainment team are lovely and great fun, they got us involved and we really enjoyed ourselves, keep up the good work guys!! Eddie the barman is a fab guy, very friendly and great fun! Food fab lots of choice, rooms very spacious and comfortable, hotel very nice and clean, beach very close by with plenty of shops and restaurants!....we will be back soon St Constantin!

we just got back after 10 days at st constantin, we had a lovely time. the hotel was lovely, the entertainment team were fab! and kept us entertained! all the staff were really friendly and helpful. and eddie the barman is a great asset! we will be back!!

Exceptional service & quality from check- in to check-out - stayed for 7 days but could have quite easily stayed another 7. All staff were friendly and helpful and even had a cake brought to my room on my birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and really can not fault the hotel, room, pools, housekeeping or extensive food provision which more than caters for all tastes and requirements. Al a carte restaurant, The Beach, also well worth a visit during your stay to get an idea of a traditional Greek 3 course meal - mixed grill was fantastic and the team working down there all really lovely. Thank you all & have already re-booked for later this year with my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble.

The customer service was excellent. Food are very good. People are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. Close to beaches. Close to shopping. If I will back to Creta I will back there. The best place at inland. Thank you!

When we arrived we were in one of the standard promotional rooms. Felt very dark and almost damp as no sun hit it. Was in the corner next to the family pool/entrainment. We had paid extra for an upgrade so unsure what the basic rooms look like! Was tired looking and in need of some TLC. Slat on the bed broken too and mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Shower wasn’t the best either. We upgraded to a junior suite with poolside entry. Room was much better! Although air con didn’t work which we didn’t discover until the last night when temperatures were higher. Mentioned it to reception and didn’t offer any compensation or apology, informed us we should have contacted reception at 2am when we woke up. To get someone’s to come fix it. Not really what you want in the early hours, a handy person in the room when your wife is trying to sleep. Spa pool was dirty you could see footprints on the bottom of the pool and it was also cold and no towels available (take your own) Was a nice relaxing holiday until a Gaggle of French middle aged guests showed up who were clearly wanting to party more than relax. The hotel is mostly French with entertainment in French also. The all inclusive bar, I went for a beer before it started charging (10pm). It they were changing the barrel when I went back after the barrell was changed said I had to pay. Last day we dined at the “a la carte” restaurant. Food wasn’t very nice at all and the waiter was extremely rude to my wife. Made an inappropriate joke to her about being in a same sex relationship. Most of the staff were nice and went out there way, food was average, junior suite comfortable but I wouldn’t stay again. If you opt for the hotel, do room only and dine locally.

The hotel is more like a complex which is in three. The original build which is the oldest near reception, rooms near the pool with the slides, and the new build rooms as per the photos. We were in room 311 which is the oldest part of the complex. We had a family room with a separate bedroom. Very spacious, very comfy large beds and a hot pressure shower. The staff were amazing, reception, bar, restaurant, and cleaning staff. Nothing was ever an issue. We watched some of the evening entertainment and enjoyable. The fire show is recommended. The food in the restaurant is a 10 out of 10. The hot food and puddings are just amazing, lots of choice, always something different. Some people have previously mentioned airplanes which is true. The north of the island to the east of the airport is under the airport approach. Does it cause you any issues? Not us, you might get 3 in 20 minutes but then nothing for hours. My son slipped getting out of the pool, fell, and banged his head. Reception staff came to offer 1st aid but it was beyond that. They arranged for the local medical center to come to us, unfortunately, his injury required a couple of stitches. Once we got back from the center, they contacted the pharmacy on our behalf and got his meds sent to us. We wanted to hire a car, reception called through to a company and got the car we wanted to be delivered to the hotel. My only criticism of the whole hotel is that in places it requires a tidy-up. Lick of paint here, pool grouting etc but nothing that would stop us coming back.

Very good experience, firstly let me start with the food. Great variety, food for all. My girlfriends is pretty fussy either food and she managed easily to get 2 or 3 plates per meal of different dishes. Also the taste of the food is gorgeous. I think I only found 1 or 2 things I didn't like in my 2 week stay. Also was very clean and regularly kept on top of by the staff, who always walk round with a smile and greeting you as you enter and leave the dinner hall. They have fantastic deserts and a variety of ice creams every day. Always something to eat outside aswell. Very tasty. The rooms are very clean and the hotel in general is very well kept and maintained. Any problems with anything the reception staff are quick to act and always on hand to assist. The animation team are also a good laugh and keep the kids and adults entertained of an afternoon and evening. Overall I would definitely recommend this and would return. Also great weather for october in the area

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food choice was plentiful but needs to be warmer......Al a carte was poor and certainly NOT Al a carte had to buy drinks and no choice from a menu, your allowed one visit per stay, my husband booked it to celebrate my birthday and we were Disappointed we left half way through meal and it ruined my birthday. The entertainment started at 21.30 but free drinks stop at 22.00. The hotel is under the flight path and can be quite loud during the day. Also food could be warmer. Overall staff are great and place is clean
