The room we had was old fashion and basic but it is only a base. There was a fridge, hairdryer and kettle in the room. It had air con and a balcony over looking the hotel church. We stay all inclusive we had no problem finding something nice to eat or drink. The bar man was very friendly. Some hotel rooms had swim up pools. Near the swim up pool is the sitting area where you can watch the sea. We got a drink from the bar or the self service bar near to the sea just relaxed watching the sea before tea. The al la carte is across from there too near the main road. There was a water slide which was near the restaurant. 3rd swimming pool near the bar.

We spent a week here all inclusive at the start of September. Our hotel room itself was amazing, we had a swim up pool to our room with our own private balcony! The room was cleaned every other day (minus Sundays) and the cleaners were super thorough. The hotel is situated just off from the beach, from the bottom entrance it’s literally across the street from the beach! There is a really good bar on the beach where we watched an international dance night and fire show, they seem to have different themed nights all the time. Expensive though! There’s a little shop within the hotel grounds which is ideal but more shops just outside the resort. The food was basic all inclusive food, the hotel itself is mainly catered toward French and German so the food and entertainment is provided for them really. We didn’t mind as we were out most nights but as a solely English speaker it may be a bit boring! Overall it was a lovely stay and a short taxi to the aquarium. I also highly recommend doing the day trip that includes a boat trip to the leper island and a BBQ!

The massage was more than perfect, especially the head part. All the massage was with strong, confident movements, can’t wait the next one in few days! And the atmosphere was really relaxing. Thanks to Irene for this relaxing experience, I feel really good! And the hamam before massage is really good idea!

Positives Excellent phone signal Near the airport Nice location Good road links Food is ok, wide choice. All inclusive wine is weak There are nice restaurants in the local area. Clean room, regular towel and linen changes. Staff are friendly. Good price. On site parking. Clean room. Hair dryer, fridge and a fixed retractable clothes airer on balcony. Shop on site is open until 22.00 . There is a supermarket next door which has a wider selection and is cheaper. Near beach. Nice local restaurants off site. Seats loungers on balcony. We upgraded to the newer part of the hotel. Negatives One key card for room. Air con switches off when room key card is not in slot. Plastic cups for drinks. All inclusive wine and beer was tasteless. Soft drinks were ok. Some of the food gets past it best when left in the sun. You need to bring your own beach towel. Hotel is looking tired in places.

Loud, disturbing music is being played every single morning till late afternoon. This is a quiet part of the island not a party place and this is unacceptable to blast the music at full volume. They try to wake people up for whatever reason. Pathetic.

Staying here was not only relaxing but also super convenient. The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach and a 15-minute drive from Heraklion airport. We rented a car and explored Knossos, Rethymno, and the beautiful Elounda coast, all easily reachable. Yet every time we returned, the hotel felt like home — peaceful, clean, and welcoming. It’s a perfect base if you want to explore the island but still enjoy all the comforts of a resort.
