This is our 5 th time at this hotel Wich is a 3 star The staff are lovely from Manos and Panos at the pool bar to the lovely Katariba on reception and Emanuelle in the restraunt We use superior rooms which are clean and comfortable We love this hotel for it’s welcoming and chilled time we received The food is what you expect from a 3 star not a lot of choice but edible We will be back x

Panos is the greatest !! I will come here strictly because of him.. top guy !! Nicest guy and nicest places . He is the prettiest guy aswell .,do not underestimate his beauty . I love him . You will love him too . In this case he delivered my child at short notice and then we named him after him .. my child is called panos the second

We stayed at Despo Hotel for a week and were really impressed with the overall experience. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean, comfortable rooms, a great pool area, and a lovely garden. The beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options to start the day. A beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The comfort, the friendliness of the staff, and the fair prices made our stay truly enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and the service was excellent. As a couple, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I honestly don't know where to start. We arrived early morning the back of 1am. Got checked in and given our key. Went to the room and opened the door. Well the bathroom was dirty. The sink hadn't been cleaned or the taps silicone round shower tray was black and there was a crack in the shower tray. Bed sheet all marked and pillows all lumpy. So went to reception to speak to the guy and told him I wasn't happy with the room. It was very old and it was right at the back door so when back door was open which was 24/7 you didn't have access into your room unless you closed it all the time. So the guy at reception said he couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to speak to someone on reception in the morning whi h I did. To cur a long story short. I kept getting passed to different ppl about it and none seem to do anything about it. No manager on at weekend so had to wait till Monday. Finally got a room change it was a little better. But then you don't get told that you have to pay 8 euros a day for aircon. Considering i was all inclusive . Then the buffet for the meals was very basic. Hardly any variety of food. Same stuff each day. The drinks were like watered down cola flat not fizzy. Beer the same. Then they Dont tell you that you have to pay for brand makes of alcohol and after a certain time at night you have to pay for drink. Then no entertainment for kids at night. They get chased out the pool at 7pm. You never get told that they have snacks behind the bar. Throughout the day. The bar man George is very rude always grumpy. If want to go out of the hotel to cross the road you have to cross the motorway. Nothing close to hotel to do. Would never go back. Very disappointed standard's are very poor. When we were leaving we asked if there was a shower room we could use to wash and changed before catching the coach. Tey told us sorry just the toilets downstairs they have a shower when I went down the shower tray was full of sand and water not running away.
