The child and his father just returned to China today. The day after I posted my review, the hotel staff (6-7 staff members) took the content of my review (printed out) and took my son and husband to the hotel. We blocked them in the lobby and asked them to delete the review or we would do something to them. This hotel is horrible. Fellow countrymen, please be cautious when checking in. Ctrip should conduct a thorough review and decide whether it is necessary to sign a contract with such a hotel! This is horrible!

Fantastic hotel with the most friendly hard working staff. The rooms, food and entertainment were all amazing with a special shout out to John and Vakeris who were so friendly, always putting on activities to keep children and adults entertained and ensuring everyone was having a great time. The pools and grounds were spotlessly clean and the choice of food was great.

Such a lovely hotel, perfect service, rooms are clean, we lived in family room, open plan. A lot of food variety, fruits, delicious deserts. Local drinks quite good, we liked it - rose/white/ red wine. The beach are perfect - no stones, just sand, perfect for the kids. Animators, kids club also good, evening programmes were super - especially animator Vakaris, the kids loved him ❤️ greetings grom Lithuania!

We can’t say enough good things about this resort! The location is brilliant, the food is amazing, and the customer service goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to DJ Catastrophe (aka Chicken Man), lovely Alex from the kids' club, receptionists, Theo, Vakaris... and the always-smiling manager. You all made our holiday unforgettable! TIP: If you’re an EU citizen under 18, you can get free entry to the Palace of Knossos (just bring your passport!) Recommendation for Sergej from Diving point. My daughter had an amazing experience. All the staff was amazing the people from pool was amazing the girls from spa and the guy from spa always smile and give us information the reception I come back with my family and creta is a place to need to visit for holidays shopping and all I come again next summer I love creta and people too

Well what a holiday. Marina Beach is one of the nicest hotels we have stopped in. Very family friendly. Our room was clean and spacious - we had a family room with Garden View) the staff were super helpful and worked tirelessly. The food in the main restaurant was brilliant such a good selection. Asian themed night had some amazing food and the chocolate mousse was a hit. The entertainment team are so friendly and brilliant. I can't say enough about the people here. They are all wonderful.. There are three pools, including a splash park and a swim up bar pool, I found these to be quieter and more suited for us as a family. We had a meal at the isla restaurant (one included with all inclusive) the food was a selection of tapas dishes that was brought to your table. It was nice but too much food. The kids got the option of chicken nuggets or pasta. The mini disco was brilliant, our daughter danced every night and loved it. On the whole I can't knock this hotel. Great position, great food and great staff. We would return for sure. Brilliant holiday.

We have had the best time at this hotel, it has been the most amazing holiday!!! We came with our two children and we couldn’t rate this hotel enough. The entertainment has been the highlight of the holiday, especially John Unga Bunga and chicken man. They are so funny and welcoming, we love them. The kids disco every night and entertainment is brilliant and it makes your holiday. The food is great too for an all inclusive and we are fussy ☺️!! The best holiday and we will be back!! Thank you Marina Beach!!

Everything is great♥️ the animation is great, and most of all we liked Vakaris Lithuanian animator, the evening is great, Lithuanians will really like it👍💪 just an energizer evening!👍 everything is super super!♥️😉 very nice staff, clean, tidy, Popi is amazing♥️ the beach is amazing, the food is very delicious, we recommend this hotel for families😉♥️
