Stayed for one night. Hotel is close to railway station and mall is just adjacent. Rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning and WiFi is good Bf is basic and has limited options Katni is a small town with limited options.The rating is based on geography and shouldn’t be compared with hotels in big cities /towns. Overall good place to stay in Katni

The place is nice and comfortable. I think for katni it is a very well made place and indeed a comfortable stay. The major issue is that the staff is neither presentable and nor they are trained to handle people who are not from the local place. The staff though may not be rude is definitely impolite to say the least. They have an attitude that it doesnt matter what is going on. If it doesnt matter to them then whom should the guest talk with. This is from the bottom rund, the front desk and to the deupty manager or manager. Easy going comfortable approach. Like a govt guest house
