Good property and good food, located at heart of the city very close to railway station (walkable distance. I faced the problem of door lock.

I was here for 2 days and liked the ambience and room and facilities. The owners have taken a lot of effort and staff are very dedicated to keep the guest happy. Food preparation are very good in quality and quantity. Keep it up

Pros 1. Location is perfect. Very close to the railway station. 2. Hotel staff was cooperative and was attentive. 3. They stored our luggage after checkout. Cons

Stayed for one night. Hotel is close to railway station and mall is just adjacent. Rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning and WiFi is good Bf is basic and has limited options Katni is a small town with limited options.The rating is based on geography and shouldn’t be compared with hotels in big cities /towns. Overall good place to stay in Katni
