"Booked a 1 night stay for my family. Communication was great. The room size of the wheelchair accessible room was good. While the bathroom was a good size, the wall fixed seating in the shower was not that great. The seat is at about a 15 to 20 degree angle facing downward, so while showering one has to hold tight so as to not slide downward towards the floor."

"A caravan park catering for families, unfortunitly, while l was there, the weather was not what people like while on holidays, so it was difficult , but the hosts did their best to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible due to the circumstances , would like to visit again .... with better weather conditions."

"There is the main road running across the campsite. So we had to cross the road every time we wanted to access the facilities and amenities. Nice view and beach access with river stream in the site. Good for morning walks. Facilities were clean and plentiful. Camper sites were close to one another and are accessed only by a narrow road. It could pose a problem when more than 1 vehicle is moving in and out. To make situation worse, the waste dump point is along this road and vehicles need to wait for it to be vacant before accessing the other side."

"We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel"

"Adequate little motel. Clean and as much as advertised. No flash but sufficient for a night's stay. The single beds were curtained off from the Queen bed. The bathroom and toilet were separate and able to be used separately. The TV was too small for the room, no sink to wash up the plates and cutlery supplied. The motel has seen better days, but worth the tariff."
