First off all the location of the hotel is very easy to find. Room was clean and good apart from breakfast & food is best in taste. Hotel is good, service was excellent, nice place to stay. Parking space is enough. Front staff behaviour is too nice and supportive. Nicely treated the guests. Good hospitality. Location near by railway station. Having huge parking space.

Property is located in a prime location, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff is polite, helpful and accommodating. The food served at the in-house restaurant is delicious and has a good variety. Excellent buffet breakfast. The property has parking space. Overall, it is a good property for a comfortable stay in katihar.

Very nice stay. Front manager is very gentle and soft supporting. Nice housekeeping staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Delicious breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is not professional at all. The food under mm t plan was not in good quality and quantity. Breakfast was extremely bad with no proper dishes. Booking the rooms with breakfast and lunch plan is not fruitful at all. You all must take up this with hotel as when they come to know that we have opted food plan then they will not serve the food properly. Toilets were not clean and there is no warm water facility. You should try to tie up with other good hotels in katihar.
