STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

We had amazing holiday with great welcome amazing people super nice and helpful and friendly and Sweet people around us working there super great view and super protected by the Masai people super nice and friendly checking who coming and going out and with who they Register everything by the gate super nice ocean view with private beach and swimming pool only thing was the food we dont like they need good Chef kok make it amazing the breakfast was not good But the rest was great Alex and Abdul and Mate are amazing people and people working on the restaurant and people that Cleaning the rooms super amazing people always smiling and friendly amazing experience Thank you so much guys we love you so much

Our stay in pearl beach by sansi was amazing! The staff is amazing! The host of the hotel animator and our friend mr Abdul, Alex, Abdul, Julian, Matei, Ezequiel, Zakayo and all and all of the rest of the staff made our stay so warm and incredible! We are so grateful. Higly recommend this hotel, visit this beautiful island. Also the Maasai people that are on the beach and others that work in the hotel are super friendly, ypu learn so much from their culture, please support them when you see them. The beach is private, 2 big swimmingpools and the rooms are super big and clean. Amazing experiemce and we will definitely come back.
