Nice hotel in general poor reception service otherwise the rest restaurant bar very good service. I was all inclusive but many things had to be paid for.

Overall stay was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, big varietie to choose from. Room was nice and clean. Beach was cleaned every morning at 6 am. Bookings for tours was managed well and the tours was excellent, money well spent. We can assure any one a perfect holiday at Paradise beach resort zanzibar. One suggestion we can make is to provide a ATM on the premises. Taxi's drivers is very friendly with all the staff and very respectful. WHAT A AWESOME PLACE TO STAY FOR AN HOLIDAY. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location looks idyllic, set among coconut trees, and feels very spacious. Never felt crowded (in late June anyway). There are three restaurants, and we quickly decided to only have dinner at the two which needed reservations (the Indian and Asian ones). The Asian one is the better of those two. The restaurants are all mostly buffet food, of varying quality, so you can always find something to eat, but rarely as good as a restaurant in Europe or USA. We had paid for a luxury room upgrade, which turned out to be all about the type of house and location- right by the beach, jetty and pool, which I'm glad we did. Being all-inclusive, the drinks are fre at the numerous bars, but as usual, the beer, wines and spirits are low quality, but at least drinkable. Nobody seemed to be complaining. The two main disappointments for us were the sea and the local area. The hotel is situated on a tidal bay, and for the 5 full days we had, the sea wasn't accessible until 2pm or later, as it simply goes out with the tide, and is almost a mile away at times across very squelchy sand. I like being in the sea a lot and this was a big let-down for me, and we had no idea about it. Also the local area is not one you'd walk around as there's nothing there except run-down shops and houses. We didnt have a choice of hotel with our package, but in hindsight, I'd have picked one that was on the sea coast, not in a tidal bay.

I highly recomend the hotel. We had a very nice room with a lovely view to the ocean. Very polite staff, food was delicious, everything was perfect. They take good care for the costumers, there is every day diferend kind of activities so it's never bored. I only missed a good espresso, but you can not find it in Zanzibar anyway.

It was actually my 2nd time at zanzibar bay resort and I must say I'm still impressed with everything. The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. We travelled with our 1 yr old and the staff was amazing and very helpful. I must mention a few names I remember Mr Mussa one of the supervisors and also Miss Happy and for housekeeping Miss Machumi. These workers I mentioned went beyond the call of duty. They were so patient with us and our handful little one. They made our stay so easy. In general all the workers are very friendly and always willing to help. I will definitely come the 3rd time to this very same resort because they made me feel at home, also this resort caters for everyone be it family, solo travellers or couples, the rooms are absolutely soundproof and the whole resort is big enough for every one to have their chilling spot without feeling overcrowded. A big plus is the food, I thoroughly enjoyed the food as always, big ups to the chefs. My husband is a picky eater but he ate way more than I had anticipated. Keep up the great work and may God bless you in all your endeavours

I visited this Fabolous Hotels earlier this month, the hotel is nice with lots of varieties , They have 3 Big Pools and 1 small for the kids,Three options of Restaurant to dine, Asia, India and Main Restaurant , provides breaks snacks every after meals, in short food and drinks available 24/7 .Having entertainments every evening. with the All inclusive package you can access any Bar any time. I recommend this Hotel .
