Stayed here for 9 nights, loved the service and sound proof rooms. The dinner and breakfast chefs were amazing and the location of hotel is part of Chaya centre which has a amazing coffee spot called Arabica coffee!! Once we gathered our bearings around Thamel, shopping and external restaurants are very easy to walk to and enjoy. When using taxis we saved so much downloading Pathao so we did not have to negotiate on price and get overcharged. Highly recommend Aloft in Kathmandu and they are great ambassadors of the Marriott name and brand!

Lovely hotel with great green spaces and pool. The rooms were very comfortable, with a separate tub in the bathroom. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Agira who helped us book a taxi. Would stay here again if I returned to Nepal and would recommend to a friend!

The hotel is newly renovated and the bedding is new and clean. The front desk staff are very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Many of them have been trained in Sanya resort hotels and can speak some Mandarin. The restaurant on the first floor even helped us make instant noodles for free🍜 Recommended, will stay here again next time There is a SPA in the hotel, and guests can get 15% off. The technique is very good, but there are only three essential oils to choose from: lavender, ylang ylang and eucalyptus.

Must be praised, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast-included, breakfast is very simple, there are eggs and milk tea, it feels good. It’s really comfortable to talk about the hotel’s air conditioning again. Very cool. It’s great to sleep. The price is also relatively high, so I recommend everyone to live. There is a convenience store nearby, and the room also provides drinking water, which is great. I will stay here again in Nepal next time.

There are many European and American guests staying. The breakfast is a combination of Indian and Western styles. There is an outdoor dining area where you can smoke. The front desk is a bit small and not atmospheric. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel's service staff have very good attitudes and have no problem communicating in English at the front desk.

Great place. Great staff. Budget rooms are very basic but for 8 dollers, it is what it is. Staff arranged a great guide for a 3 day awesome trek and invited me to a rooftop BBQ on return. Guides and taxis are a lower price than other places i asked. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

The location is absolutely amazing its just 2 minutes walking distance from main road , 10 minutes walking distance from KTM Durbar Square. have a very nice rooftop garden restaurant. I stayed in Lemon Tree hotel in Paknajol, Thamel (not associated with the famous hotel chain of the same name) for 3 nights in June 2022. I booked a deluxe single room via MakeMyTrip. The room was small but perfect. It had everything one would need including wifi, hot shower, a spacious closet, neat and clean bedsheets and towels etc. Housekeeping came to the room daily to clean the bathroom and make the bed. They even replaced the perishable items like mineral water and bath soap. The hotel is situated in the tourist hotspot of Thamel but still a little distance away from the busy chaotic area near Narsing Chowk. No bars with loud music or dance clubs nearby. You can get a good night's sleep after a tiring day. Last but not the least, the staff were always polite and helpful - even while I woke them up in the middle of the night to open the gate. With discount the price of the room was less than 1000 INR a day, so it was complete value for money for me.
