Hotels near Mount Trails in Kathmandu

I lived my life in Canada, USA and Australia. Travelling is my passion. I have been to Nepal several times and visited besides Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dullu etc and obviously have stayed at multiple hotels. In Thamel Kathmandu I have stayed in few very hotels but Hotel Osho is where I felt at home. This is my come back to this hotel for good reasons which is hard to find in Thamel. The location is the best and closest to everything in a quiet street. The hotel is very clean with helpful friendly staff. House keeping is excellent. Perfect terrace to relax comparing to many other hotels. Warm heated reception with first class facilities. Please contact Bishnu and he resembles his given name lord Vishnu, he solves all your problems. A friendliest hotel client representative I have ever met in Nepal. He was so open with pricing and kept his words with no strings attached etc eg tax .He even bought a digital scale to weigh my luggage. The facility does not have a lift service but the staff takes care of the luggage. I strongly advise that don’t waste your time searching just book Osho and try try believe me you will not regret. For sure I will return again as it is my second home when I am in Kathmandu, for this stay of 5 weeks still feels short.

#positive #I was happy with the Natural Light in the Room, Room Layout, Toiletries, Location, Bed Comfort Level, Mosquito Control Measures; It is worth mentioning that the location is super good! The rooftop restaurant is very beautiful and the room rate is only 134 yuan.

Overall good hotel, place is not the noiziest in Thamel,.but for this price you get very nice place to stay it. Around lots of shops and infrastructure (yoga, spa, etc). Good if you need a place for a couple of days. If longer Id prefer not to stay in Thamel. You can ask to clean, take out trash and change beds.

Hotel service is very good, user-friendly, I bought a chartered car at the hotel, the manager helped me design a travel location, go back to the hotel, go out to the hotel, the waiters are intimate greetings, the key is that the price of the travel products I ordered is appropriate, no lie Finally, the store is leaving, because the bus will not go to the bus station, the manager also arranged a special person to take us. Breakfast also allows our staff to prepare breakfast for us early because we have to leave early! All in all, this hotel is perfect!

The hotel is in the lane, not too easy to find, but very quiet. The quilt looked unwashed and was of poor quality. Tickets for this hotel are not cheap. Because we had to leave early, the front desk prepared a packed breakfast for us. Each person had two cold eggs and two slices of cold bread. Hotel WIFI is poor.

We have had an incredible stay at Holiday Hostel from start to finish, staff are great in many ways from welcoming us into the hostel to spending a lot of time with helping us to plan our months stay in Nepal. We have arranged and booked the ABC treck, Chitwan safari (prices were good compared to other companies we found) and volunteering at Maya Unviverse, a place we hadn’t heard of before coming to Nepal and thanks to Madam we had a fantastic time living and helping out with the kids and the school. Location is great, there is a really nice rooftop bar that serves great food and drinks, make sure to try the most delicious milk tea! Rooms are great, comfy and quite considering how busy Thamal road can get. We stayed here twice, both at the beginning and at the end of our trip in both the dorms and private room and both options are clean and comfy. We even kept some of our luggage at the hostel for around 3 weeks while we went and explored Nepal and collected it at the end with no issues at all. We also received a very thoughtful gift from Holiday hostel for completing the ABC treck, such a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if ever back in Katmandu.

Good location! Just on the side street of Chinatown, eating is also convenient, there are several Chinese restaurants that are best to eat is this, look at the picture below. The hotel price is also very close to the people, more than 100 prices are much better than the Axi 288 yuan and the temple hotel 312 yuan that lived in Kathmandu before. The balcony can put a small table to eat, drink tea, chat. The price of 120 also includes breakfast, breakfast sometimes self-service sometimes order food, but, every day change the sample. The first time I came to Nepal, this hotel was much better than I expected. The youngest and handsome little brother at the front desk treated every customer so warmly and helped us solve many problems! Every corner of the hotel environment is full of artistic sense, the location is very good for us, close to shopping places! So my friends and I will still stay in this hotel in the future!

We stayed at Hotel Atlantic in December and had a very comfortable stay. The Location is very good because its in a more quiet place but still in Thamel. The Breakfast is also nice and freshly made. We booked a Trek with them and it was amazing. The Rooms are clean and there is hot water. Overall we had a really nice stay at the Hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
