I enjoyed staying at this hotel before and after a trek. The bedroom was clean and warm. Once the shower warmed up, it was so nice after a couple of days of trekking. It was great to be able to leave one of my bags in storage there for a couple of days. They will also organise for your laundry to be picked up and returned for a reasonable price. I found the front desk was willing to answer any questions and help with any needs. The communal area on the top floor was a nice space where I could also get both cold water and hot water as needed. My only disappointment was the room did not have a kettle and the free water bottles were not replaced after the first day. Overall, it was a great place to stay right near the tourist area...but quiet enough at night.

The hotel is located in the tourist area of ​​Thamel, so all the action is nearby, it's a 15-minute walk to Durbar Square. The hotel is new, the rooms are small, the furnishings are cheap, but everything is clean, they take good care of it, but you have to request cleaning in advance, by default it is not done every day. The toiletries in the bathroom are meager: they left half-filled mini-bottles for the shower and shampoo... but in Nepal there is such a tendency, they do not change for each guest if there is still something in the old bottles... We were given a room on the 5th floor with a view of the mountains, for which special thanks to the girl at the reception :) The breakfast is very, very mediocre, really meager, the dishes were poorly replenished: the staff did not monitor at all, or saved, did not eat enough, but each guest is given one serving of normal coffee upon request, which is undoubtedly a big plus. On the 6th floor there is a restaurant with a panoramic view, that's where breakfast is served, it's awesome: a view of the city and the mountains) I wouldn't go back to the hotel a second time, I would try something else, because I didn't find any super-obvious advantages for myself.

Excellent hotel with a comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower. The staff are very friendly especially the Hotel Manager Bissnu, who went out of his way to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. I took advantage of the spa facilities and the 90 minute massage was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this youth hostel is very good. It is on the northwest edge of the downtown area of ​​Thamel. It takes only three minutes to walk into the Thamel area. In addition, the boarding point for the bus to Pokhara is also near the north of the hostel, which is only a three-minute walk away. The environmental hygiene of this youth hostel is maintained all day long. The beds and quilts are thick and warm. They are very comfortable to lie on and cover. It feels like home (the air conditioning is also very strong) and is more comfortable than other youth hostels. Each bed also has curtains to protect privacy, as well as international charging sockets and lights. Each bunk has its own locked storage space (a deposit is required for the key). The public bathroom facilities are very clean and are available on all floors. They are always cleaned, but it also depends on the character and ethics of other residents. The hot water is a little too warm, so it's not warm enough for washing in the middle of the night. There is no laundry station or clothes drying area for guests to use. It is best to bring your own hangers or have them washed directly. The counter is staffed 24 hours a day. Another feature is that the public space here is particularly comfortable and spacious. The independent restaurants on the first to third floors and the landscape restaurant on the top floor provide excellent rest and social space, and provide quite high-quality catering services. The only problem is that spending money here is not cheap. This place also provides hiking planning services and a simple mountaineering clothing store.

I traveled to Nepal alone and randomly saw this hotel on Ctrip. I booked it based on my intuition. It felt very quiet and comfortable. It turns out that women's intuition is super accurate. After landing in Nepal, I liked this hotel very much. Everything went smoothly. The boss and employees were super enthusiastic and sincere. They would do their best to help me solve the problem. I love it!! When I shared my cookies with them while having breakfast on the rooftop, I felt that this feeling was really good. Everyone didn't feel unfamiliar at all. I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.
