The hotel is located in Thamel area and is very convenient. The room is clean, well-maintained, and satisfactory.
There is only one thing that needs to be improved. When I flushed the water in the sink, it smelled like sewage. It may only be room 306, but please check. This is a very small point, I was satisfied with the hotel.

The staff is very nice:) ABC trek tour guide introduced that the suitcases can be stored and are very durable.

Comfortable hotel for reasonable price. Very nice hotel manager with lot of positive energy. Hotel located in very heart of Kathmandu in Thamel district where lot of shops, caffes and resteurants can be found. But as hotel has internal yard seperating from the street, rooms are quite and you can enjoy good sleep

This hotel was in a perfect location for our group of friends. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Each room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great and the chef would cook anything you wanted. The staff were all fantastic. Would recommend this hotel if staying in Katmandu.

We did the EBC trek and started our holiday at Kailash Kutee. As many trekkers do, we left our luggage (with the hotel's permission) in their storage room, as we were returning at the end of our trek. We left money in 2 different locations within our locked suitcase, but upon returning, all the money had disappeared. There was evidence that the lock had been tampered with. The hotel did not take this seriously and were not interested in investigating the incident. They simply said valuable items should not be left in storage (despite it being locked) but there were no signs at all to advise of that. Whilst the hotel was clean and staff were friendly, we had a large amount of money stolen which completely ruined our holiday and the response from the hotel was poor. For this reason we would never return nor would we recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here. This hotel is located in a great location on Thamel, walking distance to all the good spots for food and coffee and shopping. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the rooms and facilities are nice. They also have a roof terrace with good views of Kathmandu

Excellent hotel in Nepal. Mostly trekkers staying here. Clean rooms with large lcd TVs, full bath with shampoo and body wash included. WiFi and breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff. A/C ran great. Coffee/tea on rooms. Lots of ports to charge your electronics. Right in the middle of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again for sure.

Located in the busy Thamel area of Kathmandu. This place offered very comfortable stay , we were a group of 9 friends. There is a nice garden area too. We spent 3 nights totally. Breakfast buffet on the top floor was good and nicely located overlooking the mountains surrounding Kathmandu. 20 mins to airport and walking distance to Durbar square and Thamel market area.
