All was good except there is no lift/ elevator but still we enjoyed the hospitable and accommodating staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread. Location was also great within Thamel.

The hot water doesn't work I had to call the receptionist several times for it to work room no 401 everything else is fine

Bed sheets were not up to the mark torn at some places. No hangers. Privacy of the room was not great after opening the window curtains. Bathroom fittings were not good, issue with hot water. would not stay there again. Breakfast was not good.
