OYO 670 Hotel Bagdurbar

Normally, visit Nepal every year. Lucky, this year got chance twice. Always prefer to stay near sundhara cause everything is very center. We have already experience many hotel around sundhara. Most of them need refurbished and cockroach is the main problem for us. As well as problem of hot water. In our last visit we have visited Bagdurbar and looks better than other clean and new. After visiting hotel, we had very worst experience. Nearly miss our flight, in the same time, we have to run and worry too much. Service was very slow and poor. Every single meal, when you ordered come an hour or after. We were family of four and booked for two double room. Arrived in the hotel 22/12/23 Flight was late evening just after 21:00 so left one room just to keep our luggage for few hours. In the morning we ask and booked transport at 17:30 for airport. During the booking we have mention in the reception how many luggage we have and confirmed. Paid more than what we had paid when we came from the domestic. When vehicle came and tried to put in, hard to fit all luggage and us. So, I have to book another cab for family member. I was with the luggage, it was already pressure us and dark. When we reached near the airport, he passed the main entrance and ask driver, where are we going? Driver said changed. He ask me dropping you in the car park. Said to him, how can I transport these all luggage. Finally, he drop me near the point but in arrival and left. I had very hard time to find transport to take in departure. I have to wait other my family member who were in another vehicle. It was nightmare and very stressful. They were just looking money and money. Service and quality of food and other service was horrible. I had plan to recommend this hotel to my family and friends but never. Please very careful, My experience is in bagdurbar was awful and do not recommend to go there. K. Gurung
