I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk clerks (Sophia and Shrifty) took pictures of my visas, which was unrelated to their role and is seen as a breach of my privacy. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s important for hotel staff to receive proper training and respect guests’ privacy. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from upgrades, including the gym and staff service.”

It’s quite good for location those who wish to travel cause international and domestic airport is closed to hotel.
As well if you walk to PASHUPATINATH temple is about 10 to 15 minutes of walk.

It was difficult to cancel as I was unable to use the hotel due to a delayed domestic flight, but thank you so much for canceling.
Four days later, I booked and used the air hotel again.
The location was close to Tribhuvan International Airport and the staff was very friendly.
