when we arrive at the hotel around 8:00 pm there they provide us with the wrong room and we need to discuss the right room which we book through online overall 😔 experience

This 3-star hotel more than fulfills my expectations. Prices are very fair, especially with the older rooms. I have tried two rooms and both were very clean. Sure some noise from the street, but very manageable. Restaurant is a hidden gem! The Western food is delicious, just like the Asian food. They have an excellent chef and the prices are below the value. Without exception the staff are wonderfully helpful. I'm coming back here, and we have extended our stay here for another six days.

I've stayed here a couple of times over the years and it was very pleasant every time. The rooms are great, breakfast is good, you have a lovely freshly renovated Café with great cake, a lovely communal area and a little upstairs terrace. The location could not be better, in the heart of Thamel. What I liked most are the people who work here. It's like coming home every time. They are super friendly and it's always very nice to chat after a day outside. They are super helpful and know the area so well. I really recommend staying here.

Staff is very nice and accommodating, especially thanks to Rinjen for being extremely friendly and helpful, making my visit so enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of menu choices...so yummy!! Highly recommend. The location is great for getting around Thamel where you could find my great restaurants, bars and shopping area. It was my favorite place during my stay in Kathmandu. Extremely pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there again.
