Hotel Pashupati Plaza

I booked this hotel through Trip.com. The location of the hotel is convenient and convenient. The room size is also okay. The hotel manager at the front desk was very rude and indifferent. They didn't even try to listen to or solve my problem, which made me feel embarrassed. I usually book hotels through trip.com. Here, too, I booked a hotel for four days through trip.com. When I got to the front desk, the manager asked me why I booked a room online, and then I was given a dirty room. There was no air conditioning, and there was a 22-inch TV, but it wasn't working. There were only two lights in the room. The insufficient lighting made the room feel even more lifeless. The furniture in the room is very old. The room is full of dirt. All the clothes smell of smoke. This is probably the first time in my life that I have stayed in such a miserable hotel. I wish Trip.com would also draw attention to the inconvenience caused to customers who book through Trip.com. The disregard shown to travellers by this hotel is unacceptable. Not only is it uncomfortable to live here, but it is also a health hazard due to the dirt, unresponsive staff, and broken facilities. We strongly recommend that this be improved.
