The front desk was extremely bad! A local who knew my name came to the hotel at 2am after drinking too much and told the front desk that he knew me. He called me at 2am when I was sick and just fell asleep and woke me up. He gave the man my room card without asking me for confirmation because I heard him trying to swipe the card to open my door, but luckily I locked it! The man couldn't get in and I ignored him. He actually booked a room and the front desk arranged for him on the same floor as me! I really have never experienced such a disgusting thing! No consideration for the safety of the guests! Retrain the staff!!!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I have met some friends who have lived there for a long time. The fried cauliflower for breakfast is better than fried chicken. I admire the chef's cooking skills. The guy at the front desk of the hotel can speak Japanese, and he can switch communication when English gets stuck.
