This hotel is not worth staying in. The toilet seat was broken, the hot water shower tap was broken as well. The bathroom room door couldn't stay open. There were cockroaches. One of the windows couldn't close as it was open and right next to a built-in cupboard. There was no air-conditioning. I gave them my clothes to wash. I could see that they made up the price whilst speaking to me. When I received my clothes they returned it to me in the same packet I gave it to them in. When I smelled my clothes it was clear that they didn't use any laundry detergent. There's no elevator. It was noisy. The sheets and towels had marks on them. Two sockets didn't work. I wanted to book a bus ticket but they had a ridiculous mark- up on the ticket.

Great price/quality deal in a very convenient location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange bus tickets to Pokhara, arranged some things for us related to our trek to ABC, and gave us good advice on shops and restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, good hot shower with shower products. AC was cold enough too. Staff were helpful and nice.
