Garden and Ambiance: The hotel’s serene garden with well-placed seating, lights, and flora is consistently highlighted as a standout feature, ideal for relaxation and socializing.

The service and attitude were beyond frustrating. tldr: they canceled my booking and re-booked me at a much worse hotel without any compensation. Their attitude throughout was dishonest, by giving different information to me and to the booking company. Because I had to adjust my flight dates, I sent the hotel multiple emails well in advance (7 days) alerting them that I would arrive the second night of my booking. I asked for a refund for the first night, understanding that that may not be possible. When I arrived, they told me they had given my room away to someone else so I could not stay there. They had not received any of my emails because "the person who usually checks email had to leave town for personal reasons so nobody had checked emails in the past week." They did help me book another hotel, but it was a significant downgrade. I asked for a refund for the first night because they hadn't kept the room for me even though I paid in full, and they told me it would be possible, but when my booking agent communicated with them to activate the refund, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to give any compensation at all. I do not suggest anyone books with them because who knows where you will actually end up staying.
