The service so good
All the staff help alot
But the cleanliness need to improve.
And a lot of stuff in the hotel need to fix,
Like some of the light couldn't turn on.
I hope they can do some renovation and it would be great with the service.

Staying at Holiday Inn is a good experience. The hotel is in the center of the tourist area, with complete facilities, health stations, and warm service. The hotel is very convenient to various attractions in Kathmandu, and the owner is in the tourism business and can solve and plan all doubts and problems for tourists who come to Nepal for the first time. Most of the hotel staff can communicate in English and simple Chinese.
The hotel is cost-effective. I stayed at Holiday Inn twice when I went in and out of Nepal.
