It is a new hotel. The room service is super good which the air con have warm air and the bathroom have hot water. The staffs are friendly and kind. They are willing to provide all the help that I need. Also, the location is very convenient since it is in the Thamel market.

Great location brilliant price, lovely clean rooms and facilities. The beds were so clean and comfortable we slept so well after over 12 hours of travel from the UK. Dinesh was extremely helpful in supporting my get my delayed luggage from the airport. All the staff are welcoming and lovely. They provide good information about the area and booked our bus to pokhara and gave us useful information about other trips and ideas for our stay in Nepal .

A very affordable, comfortable, and pleasant stay at Darbar Heritage Inn. Staff were very friendly which made the check-in process easy after a long 2 days of travel. The rooms are well equipped and the wifi is fast. The hotel itself is located in a prime location in Thamel, with plenty of food and other shops available at the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel.. Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come again.

Brand new hotel in the Thamel neighborhood. The hospitality of the owner, Dinesh and his staff is pure Nepalese graciousness of the highest oder. My room was clean and cozy. My bed, pillows and comforter made me feel like home. Bathroom was just fine everything worked toilets flushed and the water ran hot and cold. For $25 a night! If there is one drawback it is for people who need an elevator. Stairs only. I would stay there again without question. All the best to Dinesh and staff.

Beautiful hotel!! We stayed here when we came to Kathmandu and this place was AMAZING! The hotel was so clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was VERY comfortable! The staff was so friendly and amazing as well! We would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Kathmandu!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The manager, Dinesh, has 20 years of experience in the hotel industry in Japan and speaks Japanese fluently, so I had no trouble communicating with him. He was very helpful with his attention to detail, such as arranging taxis and suggesting tours. The various rates were also very reasonable and reassuring. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot water shower had sufficient water pressure, and I felt Japanese hospitality. Considering the quality of service and location, the cost performance is excellent. Also, since there was some time before my last night flight, I was able to use the room until the evening. It was very helpful that I could use it for only half a day's fee. I appreciate the flexible response. The only thing to note is that it is a little noisy at night because it is located in the Thamel area. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs. However, the convenience of this location is irreplaceable. Overall, it was a very wonderful stay. I would definitely use it again next time.

I was feeling unwell, so I searched for and booked a hotel in Kathmandu that had heated rooms and hot water. A Japanese friend who lives a little way from Kathmandu told me that the owner, who had worked in the hotel industry in Japan for 20 years, could speak Japanese. The staff spoke Japanese more politely than Japanese people, and the smiles were lovely. The room was spacious and clean, and I didn't feel dirty even when I walked barefoot.
