We stayed 8 days in Kathmandu and felt very comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were nicely appointed and properly sized. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. All of the staff were kind and friendly and offed help for arranging anything we needed. Dipesh, their barista prepared delicious coffee each morning and made a recommendation for Ayurvedic massage nearby, helping with reservations. It was an amazing massage. In the evenings, Bijay, their bartender was able to make exceptional cocktails and served us so well. We would definitely return and stay again.

洒店鄰近很多景點及購物區，餐廳早餐食物有水準，亦有池景，唯一不太理想的隔聲系统，晚上仍有很多車輛的聲音，隔鄰房內客人的音也未能隔阻。

這個酒店涉嫌銀行卡付款詐騙！結賬時工作人員在反覆“嘗試”後，聲稱我的兩張信用卡不能正常刷卡，要求我現金結賬總計14475.02盧比的房費和餐廳費用，並且寫了已收到現金付款，會繼續督促他們的銀行退款，我因為趕飛機且信任預訂平台、也信任一個地處市中心的五星級高級酒店就同意了。但至今將近一個月了，在我提供了兩家銀行均有酒店名稱的消費證明後，這個酒店仍然狡辯聲稱他們沒有收到我的錢。拒絕通過“聲稱信用卡付款失敗” 收取的兩晚房費。非常惡劣！

不錯的酒店，乾淨衞生，設施可以，早餐品種很多，位置很好，就在夢想花園的對面，附近有很多家中國餐館，可以找他們換當地貨幣，從微信轉錢給他們，匯率比外面好。

在去尼泊爾之前，聽到的都是落後，感覺什麼都需要帶去。結果帶去的都用不上，一點都不比國內的差，反而每一位員工的服務更發自內心的真誠。讓我有了再去的念頭。
