It is 8 minutes from Kathmandu Airport. It is located in a hotel dense area(?). The facilities are clean and friendly. I stayed comfortably for one night.

The room is a bit small, there is no elevator, and it is a bit troublesome to carry luggage. The ventilation is average. The hotel is in an alley and a bit difficult to find, but the breakfast is ok and the milk tea is delicious

My wife and I visited Nepal for 3 weeks and we stayed at hotel hema for our last week. In my experience this hotel is definitely a great place to stay. This place was the most helpful! No matter if you’re starting your journey in the middle of it or just finishing. The staff here is helpful and accommodating 24 hours a day seven days a week. But most of all you won’t find a place more personable than this. Saroj, the owner of this hotel keeps his office door open during business hours and is extremely helpful as he and his friends go out of their way to make sure that your plans are met in the best way. To put it simply, no matter what your plans are while you’re there run them past Saroj. If you don’t, you’ll be sorry. The whole idea of this place is that you have an insider to give you the very best experience. This place is a must stay for anybody who’s visiting a Nepal, I wish we would’ve stayed here first. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again if nothing else Saroj has become a friend and now we won’t go to Nepal without a stay here.

Sometimes lack of information when kept waiting for travel agency to turn up. Also I had booked for the hotel to pick me up at the airport. There was a man with a board with my name. He asked me for $25 dollars in front of the hotel driver saying it was for the taxi. It wasn’t at all. The hotel driver should have told me not to pay him!

I checked in this morning and welcomed by Receptionist. The room is quite okay for a traveller like me. The bathroom is clean and well arranged.I've got a bottle of water and glass on the table.TV and wifi are working very well, The Room service menu is also available in the room.I've ordered some food in the room, it was quick and delicious. The best thing to stay in this hotel is its budget hotel and very close to Kathmandu Int'l Airport. What I feel bad here are The bed sheet wasn't changed upon Arrival, I could see the stan and crumbles on the bedsheets and another thing is whenever I called to the Front desk they aren't thanking to the guest for their request before Drop the call. Overall its a good budget hotel with friendly staff. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and Relatives. Namaste

10min away on foot from the airport, perfect for a short stay to catch the next flight. Very funktional, personnel very helpful and kind. Breakfast is also good, we had the Indian breakfast.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. There manager, Vinod, contiunually went above and beyond to make sure everything with my stay with them was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling Nepal to stay here.

Very nice stay, the staff is attentive and available. Just a little noisy due to temporary work. Very well located opposite Pashupatinath.
