Worst hotel EVER!! We were with 3 so we got a two person room with an extra bed, except it was a rotten and dirty beach bed (photos). The lady said others have slept on it so it basically “shouldn’t be a problem” The people working there are very short tempered and the women who do room service almost don’t respect your privacy. They knocked on our door in the morning, waking us up, and then they grabbed the keys and opened the door, we weren’t even up yet BIG NO GO

Just what we needed for a perfect holiday, friendly and welcoming met off the coach cases carried straight to room and then the holiday began! Fabulous food and drinks from Angelo so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, management also very friendly and along with Angelo provided a fantastic BBQ night, great food, drinks and company couldn’t fault it. Rooms are great, lovely balcony we had on first floor, showers good had what we needed and cleaned daily by Leda brilliant service. Pool lovely plenty of sun beds absolutely no need to save any (not that we ever do)! Location ideal just 10 minutes walk to main shops, bars and restaurants, with others to visit on the way down. Beach lovely plenty of beach bars and restaurants, water is so clear. You can also walk along the beach especially as tide goes out to Alykanas next resort along, or walk along river then road way to the main shops. Harbour visit is a must to see the turtles being fed by the fishermen. We will return another year for sure.

Well we are just back from our 3 rd visit to these amazing friendly family run studios - Vaso and her lovely family can’t do enough for you - always welcoming and the rooms and showers are lovely and cleaned every day by Leda - she works so hard and then helps Angelos in his busy bar in the evenings - Angelos is super - works long hours and nothing is ever too much trouble - he will cook you anything - this place is amazing and we will be back next year - thank you to you all for once again making our stay with you another to remember— the turtle is already in pride of place Angelos - thank you just love it 🥰🥰🥰

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing week at these friendly and welcoming studios. What a wonderful team who work very hard to make your stay as stress free and comfortable as possible. It's location just outside of the main part of Alykes is in my opinion it's greatest asset. You are surrounded by olive groves and farmland making it a quiet and restful place, but in just under 10 minutes you have a great selection of bars,restaurants and shops. We were staying nearby and had breakfast here. We had the full English, which included oj, tea/coffee and a croissant for €8, and a veggie breakfast which included tea/coffee and a croissant for €5. We were all happy with our meals and the staff were efficient. The only downside were the toilets, town a flight of stairs and not the best.

Spotlessly clean, Vaso and family extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming - I love that they come and greet you at the coach on arrival, and wave you off on departure. Efficient emailing before we arrived. Cleaner very hard working (no English but always smiling, and Noa helpfully interpreted that I needed extra towels). Angelo in the bar works all hours, can't do enough for you and his food is so good - his BBQ was excellent value for money and they decorated hubby's dessert with sparklers and candles for his birthday - a lovely touch. Steph his helper is lovely (especially with her helping stray cats in the area, please consider a donation to her charity Aly Katz for the winter months feeding and spaying programme). Giannis was lovely too, all orders correctly taken and delivered to the table with a smile. Pool is spotless and has walk in steps. Sunbeds always available, at any time of day. We had an extra bed in the room, which was a proper bed, not a fold up. Cats around the pool area were well looked after and friendly, but not intrusive. We are a family of 5 and all had a fantastic time. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Lovely family run place. Spent 11 nights here, 2 rooms with breakfast. Really well run. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for guests. Angelo is the hardest working man on the island, supported by Steph and the lady who helps in the bar and cleans expertly. All do a great job and care you are having a great stay. If small and friendly is your thing and you don’t mind an easy 10 minute walk to the crossroads, recommend.

Great place to stay. Not fancy but has everything you need and very clean. Vasha and family make you very welcome and nothing is to much trouble. 10 minutes walk in to Alykes & beach. 2nd visit as older age group couple. Wouldn't go again July/August, to many noisy kids & teens. Will return but in May or September. Bit cooler & quieter. Angelos & Stephanie excellent service & food. Can't remember lady's name who works evenings but again, brilliant!
