Bu otel kesinlikle müşteri odaklı değil. Çalışanlar sadece yolcu gönderme derdinde, tamamen ilgisiz ve hatta dürüst bile değiller.
Temizlik için geldiklerinde tüm kirli çarşafları yere attılar ama toplamak zahmetine bile girmeden odadan çıktılar!
3 yıldızlı otellerde en azından temel hijyen ürünleri (örneğin saç kremi) olur, ama burada o bile yok.
