I visited this hotel in early August. I have traveled many times. Nowhere was as respectful as this. First, there was a receptionist who was a blonde girl named (ilknur cebel)If the buffet hadn't been ready for the cleanliness of the hotel, When we had breakfast, all the staff of the restaurant prepared whatever food you wanted. Even if he was not present at the buffet, in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel, I would say not four stars I would say not four stars should have been given the title of king of hotels

Central position in Yomra Turkey. Very good value for money. Very clean Hotel. Breakfast was mazing. Nice coffee shops are located in the same building. I definitely recommend it for families.

The hotel rooms are large and clean. The ambience of the Hotel is great and the staff is great and there is a good breakfast. It is a about 10 minutes distance from the city center of Trabzon, but because we had a car, we reached the center of the city without any problem. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

House keeping
Amazing hotel,quitly, clean,but house keeping is not perfect 100%,she dont put for us all things we need she must forget some things ,one time she forget the towels,next day she forget to put toothbrush and slipper, and she forget to put facial tissue,and tea and coffee..she must be more attenion for quests

Personeli güler yüzlü, bulunduğu konum itibari ile her yere ulaşımı oldukça kolay yıl içerisinde bir çok kez seyahat eden birisi olarak şuana kadar gittiğim en geniş odalara sahip otel diyebilirim ferah bir yapıya sahip o yüzden. Kahvaltı bakımından biraz daha zengin olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum
