"We were used to clearing all immigration and security and passport control before we shop and dine in other airports. So we conveniently forgot that there was one more passport control to clear after we entered the airside, and we took our time to shop n lounge. By time we headed to the boarding gate, we were shocked to see a long queue in front of the passport control counters. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 12noon and even though we arrived at the queue at 11am, by 11.35 we were still in the middle of the queue. We had to request the people ahead of us whose flights departed later to let us skip queue. It was quite embarrassing.
I am wondering if the airport can consider changing the procedures so that we can shop and relax with a peace of mind and just head to the boarding gate with no stress."
"Very well located for an early flight out of Cph. Friendly and spacious when you enter. Nice staff (the ”manager” could learn some of his staff he didn't have his best day (i hope) Nice part of town with places to eat (I recommend Cafe Le Perr right next to the hotel - se picture) and by stuff. Cool that the breakfast is served from 5:30.. and it WAS!! (and was well tasting).
I was very surprised of the friendly hotel, and will be staying there next time i'm flying out of Cph on odd times"
"We enjoyed the breakfast and it was perfect location of hotel, but it was not clean bathroom and missing soap, electrical facilities were a bit broken (cabels hanging from the wall lamp etc.). But for one night it was ok."

"The location is actually great. But the pavement half way through is uneven and it was hard pushing my luggage. If you have light luggage you can walk. If you have heavy luggage and 3 bags like I did. Get the cab or shuttle. The shuttle is only on weekdays. I flew on a weekend. So I had to get a cab.
Service: they were very nice all round. Especially the restaurant staff. They were absolutely slammed during service but kept apologising while I waited for someone to attend to me. And were always polite. Lots of people at reception so no major queues and able to help with my queries even googling the cost in my home currency for me.
Cleanliness: room was super clean and I LOVE the grohe shower. They offer shower gel, hand wash and some form of conditioning shampoo. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for my hair so I didn’t use it. But if your like me and need separate conditioning just bring some conditioner. If not your set.
Amenities: they have a pool. Though since I live in Asia this isn’t some big thing. But my friend said it is expensive in terms of use fees. If I remember correctly hotel guests can use it at certain times.
The sky bar is lovely… it got very busy in the evening. Great view, even if your room doesn’t face the water just head here to relax with the view.
Restaurant was good for breakfast. Lots of options, including organic options. English full breakfast station. Yoghurt and cereal options. Bread and cheese stations. Personally I like pancakes but they had none. Otherwise great. It’s buffet so you can load up for the day.
I didn’t attend the lunch and dinner dining though they were super nice. There are sandwich and snack options in the lobby. Also some basic needs such as tampons and toiletries sold.
Surrounding they have the cafe Krysten perle which appears lovely from the outside. I just personally chose to skip dinner so I didn’t eat here either. But it’s a super easy walk.
The aquarium is lovely. Also super easy walk.
Quite a nice place to walk a bit.
Overall had a good stay. Great for a one night stay with the added aquarium trip. Would like to stay again though it really needs a shuttle on weekends."
"Excellent location beside Copenhagen airport.Quick efficient check in.Room was comfortable but our biggest gripe was the poor lighting in the room.Very dim.Bar/food was pricey but not unexpected in Cooenhagen.Breakfast was included and had an excellent range of hot and cold food.Check out was quick too.Overall good value for a hotel at the airport.Wiuld definitely stay again but recommend to bring your own food and drinks"
"The hotel's brand name has been removed from the entrance, why? Overall it's good, two subway stations away from the airport, very convenient... The subway to the city is very smooth, and there's a subway station just a few steps away... But I was fined 500 kronor for parking at the entrance for a while, which is really... too much..."
"I stayed at this hotel recently, and I found it to be conveniently located near the airport. It was just a 4-minute walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get to. However, I must mention that it took quite some time to reach the central area from the hotel.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly im general. However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that there were no cleaning services available for the dishes. If you plan on cooking your own meals, be prepared to wash the dishes yourself. Additionally, there was one day when the cleaner missed cleaning our room.
Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location near the airport and has friendly staff, but there are some areas where improvements could be made, such as providing cleaning services for the dishes and ensuring consistent room cleaning.
Not a bad experience."
"Friendly staff. Couldn’t check in early which was fine but had to rent a locker to store luggage until the room was ready. Room was clean, think cruise ship size. Great water pressure in the shower. They do have a heater but no air conditioner. Only hand soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or body wash so bring your own. Location: 2 minute walk from the tarn by train station which is 2 stops to the central train station. Be aware the train station exit on the side of the road by the hotel was stairs only. The elevator was on the diagonally opposite side with no way to cross due to construction."
"Very good, very good, except that the location is on the first floor of the building, all glass is a bit insecure, there is a little softness of the bed, the others are very good, remember to check your email before check in, check email! check email! check email! very important! Because there is no front desk, I completely rely on the email to know the room number and secret! Surrounded by supermarkets and a delicious Japanese meal. The space is large, comfortable and convenient!"
