CANCEL IF YOU CAN!!! (La Riviera Section of hotel) I’ll start out by saying if you’re able to cancel your hotel room… do it while you can. You’re paying above 5 star hotel pricing for a motel room quality (if that) that happens to have pools and amenities (kids club, spa, gym,etc) We’re paying over €600 a night for two adults and two kids (includes ONLY breakfast) . The staff is very nice and try to be very accommodating, but unfortunately, the quality of the hotel is so bad that it doesn’t matter how nice they are. The hotel has not been maintained at all over the past 20 years since it was built. For the price that you’re paying you might as well go to costa Navarino and have a phenomenal experience in clean beautiful rooms. Room Situation: - The rooms are so dirty with very old furniture and rusted outdoor furniture - Mold in bathroom tiles and shower heads - Non functioning doors with card keys (had our keys replaced 4 times in 1.5 days) - Room did not have access to an elevator, so you’re walking up and down so many stairs (you’re going underground, so it feels like a dungeon, and it’s super dark, dirty w/broken tiles and walls) - Bathroom sinks not draining water as the drain is broken (This is the second room they switched us to) Hotel in general: - furniture in the lobby missing covers - Lobby bathroom sinks, not working (2 out of 3) in addition to not having paper towels - Women’s bathrooms by buffet restaurant- doors do not lock and had no soap in soap dispenser - Pools have green algae and mold growing on them - Internet SO slow… can’t even search a website - They tell you have to make reservations four days in advance for the restaurants once you get there and force you into their buffet, which is €55 a person and it is disgusting We left 4 days early, even though they wouldn’t give us our money back. That’s how disgusting it was.
