We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, funky old building (the outlook east), but all the amenities: good bed, large room, great lobby, evening snack included, even a pool table. Well it's all gone, the mattress is beat, the bed frame makes noise, the room full of dust. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor and choked all night. They removed the frig from the rooms. There is no air conditioning, the street noise is serious. They have closed the lobby, no more evening snack, no place to hang out. The breakfast that was once ample and very good is now white bread, corn flakes and dried out scrambled eggs. The reception people are nice but no help, they struggle with any language other than German. $200 a night for what amounts to a dump. Avoid this place you can find better in Kassel for less than half the price.

Had an aasy online checkin and was able to charge my EV in the carpark in the basement. Enjoyed the very nice breakfast, that just had everything you could wish - we left the hotel H4 with a full tank!

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

We had booked a suite and a room and wanted to have a bed for the baby, guess in which accommodation we found the small bed? In the double room, of course, despite the huge surface available in the suite; this is not invented. We had booked a night to be stayed and fed after 500 km of motorway. The location is very good, beside the train station, very close to the shopping mall City Point, and very close to the Municipal Plaza. It is very convenient to stay in the hotel. It is not recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. Chinese people may not be comfortable with it, except that it is salty or salty. The accommodation environment is okay, don't have high expectations in a small city like Kassel, this one is pretty good. There is a Shandong restaurant 300m away from the hotel, which can be found on the public comment, and the taste is not bad. It is a good choice for missing Chinese food!

Very nice hotel! The room was very tastyly furnished, perfectly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast waits with everything the heart wants, and that in very good quality. The staff were very friendly and careful. And at my birthday there was even a surprise in the room. I'm often in the area and I'll stay here again.
